People don't know that Rakan is canonically 1.96 which is also mentioned officially. They assume that he is 1.75 which is funny because even if you check how a 196 cm person (Rakan) and a 162 cm person (Xayah) looks like next to eachother, you will see that they look exact the same as their official artworks and concept arts. Xayah is not short, Rakan is hella tall.

In his lore it’s pretty clearly stated that that body isn’t his actual corporeal form, it’s stated that he’s actually some sort of ethereal cosmic consciousness or possibly an extra dimensional spirit of some sort. Either way, he has no corporeal form, and could theoretically make a body for himself as big or small as he pleases. That’s my best guess as to why his size was labeled as “infinite”. Or they’re just being pedantic... we can see bard show up in his cinematic and his physical form is about as tall as an average man, maybe 5’10” or so.
Arguably Soraka's the same, though she did craft her physical form for Mount Targon and interacting with the people there. I've always equated those two to Gandalf, a celestial being who dwells among mortals.
The same with nocturne I think. His body was formed as a result of it entering the material plane but it could be any shape or seize theoretically speaking. Little is known about Nocturne at the moment but this is a safe guess imo.
Edit: I forget it is a demon now? If so then its body works as a representation of the power it has and a tool shaped by the use it does.
