Also if you are using a different protein from a whey, you are going to need more liquid. A whey/casein blend or a straight casein is going to require more liquid. I did a straight casein this morning and it required 80 ml of coconut milk.
@@KEEPITOFF salt is 0 calories, but I believe garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder all have some calories just like regular full garlic and onions etc. have calories. Just not much for the small quantities used in a recipe

I always keep some xanthan gum around when cooking with protein. Never know when you need to thicken something up

When you say none of the seasonings but cornstarch have calories, you mean they just have a very small enough amount of calories to not matter right?
As far as I know salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder etc. don’t have any calories associated with them. Is that incorrect?
