I bought the vegan Ice cream protein HTLT. I had to make it with about 10-12 ounces of cold water and it was delicious with one scoop. I tried 2 scoops and the texture changed to a thick syrupy texture which is did not like. Once I tried one scoop it was absolutely amazing!!!! Ordered mine off of Amazon when they had them. Definitely buying more and I am not even vegan lol don’t care because it tastes better than last time 😉 Can’t wait to try more of Greg’s flavors! So good!

My favorite protein bars are actually MET-Rx Meal replacement bars. They're not low calorie, but they're so big that you could easily split one in half and it still be bigger than other bars, and have about the same macros. For me personally though I eat the whole bar because I am a giant of a man and my macro and calorie needs are really high. If you haven't already, you should try their Super Cookie Crunch bar. I think it's really good.

Instead of egg beaters use spray “I can’t believe it’s not butter” it is better in my opinion I like making a chicken bacon ranch one version of this

I don’t understand why the fat content is so high

I found these to actually be delicious- the taste is reminiscent of the fried crumbs left at the bottom of a Popeyes box to me 😂

Great review! For me, protein bars are overrated for weight loss. Sure they have protein and could contribute on building muscles if you have a protein deficient diet but they're hellaa calorie dense. People don't talk about this enough. Those are literally more calorie dense per gram than honey. It would be near impossible for our ancestors to find something more calorie dense in nature. Just my opinion. Again, your transformation speaks for itself. Really respect your transformation and all that you did to make it happen. You're truly inspiring. I appreciate your quality reviews as always. Hope all is well man.
