Thanks for showing this place. For many people, Italy is known as Rome, Venice, Florence or any other famous place of Italy. What people don't know is there are all these other places that are incredible stunning. I always say, I think god lives in Italy. For an Australian born South African living, l'talia e troppo bella.
Hey Marco! I commend you on the quality of your videos! Your filming and editing are I think, the best out of all the property videos on TH-cam. That's from an owner of a production and post production company and commercial director for over 35 years!
Both homes are very beautiful, the first one with the rent out and the roof garden my favorit. The architect did great work. I want to retire there and maybe rent out.
Really impressed!!! We spent almost a month in this region and you pointed out all the places we missed!!! And our guide was a local, no less. Well done.
WOW! What a Beautiful and very well done video. 💝🕊💐 Musical editing 🎶 is very nice. This part of Italy looks gorgeous and yes, it seems very laid back and charming. Looking forward to more....really enjoyed your stop at the cliffside restaurant. That view and the blue water...I could pack up and go right now 🌺 🏡 The 1890 Apt. 2 sunlit entrance with both rooftop terrace is really something special. There are many things one can do with that rooftop. Happy Travels & Brave Onwards! 🕊💐😎 ~
Brilliant video- informative, fun, warm and professional. Also, without being patronising and haven’t seen a comment on this so far, outstanding English and use of the language. Thank you
Oh, my god! The quality of your videos is just ..............wooow........The editing, the colours.....everything. And how you spice it up with humor. Can't wait to show your videos to my husband. He is also a filmmaker and I'm sure he'll be a future follower and fan. Great job!👏👏👏
Some gorgeous apartments. Anything with an area on the roof is very appealing to me. Also love the old stone interior. Looking forward to many more videos.
I love seen these houses!!, i am exploring the posibility of moving to that region and I love the way you structure your videos with a little show of the area, a breakfast and the houses. Looking forward to see more in your channel, good luck
I love the way you edit and present your videos! You´ve drawn my curiosity to know more about this part of Italy. The food is a great extra for us and one question I´ve been wondering about is how you can eat pastries and stay so fit and thin! From your other videos they look deliziose though and wish I could try them!
Great video and attention to detail, thank you. We actually just got back to Canada from Salento and are having some serious discussions about moving there over the next few years. There really is something certainly special and warm about the Salento region and its people. Would you be able to provide the name of the architect involved with the projects in this video? We really like his modern touch while maintaining and exposing the natural archaic beauty of the buildings. Thanks again, and good luck with your channel!
Dude, excellent channel. I have really been enjoying your videos, especially the first parts where you look around the towns and beaches. I would love to see more of that
Thank you so much for these amazing videos from this beautiful region. Do you plan to do a series in the Bari area? We love Monopoli. Can’t wait for your next videos.
Architect should be shot in terms of lack of use of space in second home. Living area about the size of postage stamp and you have all the open courtyard area . Break through , open up the space. Also, “second “ bedroom ceiling high enough to have bed mezzanine area with office / study / relaxing area underneath . Great video and I’ve subscribed .
Love all of your videos, but this one is the best! I love the work of the architect on these homes. What is the name of the restaurant overlooking Il Ciolo--I want to book lunch there ASAP as I will be there shortly--thank you!! I reached out to this real estate agency and hope to hear back soon. Massive thanks!
Absolutely love Puglia , visited for 2 weeks last year . Going back there in October. Can’t believe the prices of property down there . These 2/3 apartments are tastefully done , architect has a great eye for detail . Do you live in Puglia ?

Hello,I am interested in the second home the one with 2 bedrooms in the seaside town of Gagliano del Capo the one for $110k negotiable now they have it listed for $115k. I wanted information in the house.
160,000 for both 1 and 2 is outstanding. No.1 becomes an AirBNB and you live right nextdoor, in No.2. dream scenario.
