The only bodybuilders who made the top 2 at Mr Olympia 10 times. That’s crazy. Thanks Jay, even in your 50s you’re being a great example for the kids. 💪🏽
@bigmikeobama5314 100%. And let’s be honest, yes it’s not easy to end 2nd anywhere, but that’s not a “failure”. Making the top 2, 10 times (record), in THAT era...
I do like the format with this videos, just you and the camera. Crazy how both you and Ronnie don’t really do full range of motion focus, but there must be something to it because you are two of the greatest to ever hit the stage. It shows there are many methods, and no one method is correct. Thanks Jay! Keep it up!
I think the vlog style is ok, its unique and now in this days we see an entire team behind but yours is real and original, coming from a 4x mr Olympia doesnt matter if someone is shootin or u doing ur own way. Fans will stil watch. Keep going Jay
Just recently got back in to the gym and started watching your content. Will be following your routines over the next few months of bulking to see how it goes. Hope to see you in England at an event some day 💪🏻
You still have the drive and look great at 50 , you're in better shape than most of the country. You inspire people to do better and that's worth more than gold in the end.
That Freedom Rack Smith Machine is cool. I've never seen one like that before. Such a common sense fix to make the Smith Machine better. Great Video Jay. Very helpful to those of us who want to try to copy your routine.
Jay rockin them Air Max 90s, you influenced me to get the hot pink and black Air Max just got them a couple of weeks ago still sitting in the box!!! 😊💪🏾
That's a cool smith machine that moves horizontally. The fixed kind I find dangerous for squats and deadlifts since it doesn't allow for much natural movement. Great video Jay!
My son (13) and I love the videos Jay. He gets all excited when I tell him about the few times I talked to you at the old Golds gym (flamingo/sandhill). What supplements do you recommend for a 47yr old guy trying to get back into the gym since now my son wants me to hit the iron and teach him a little bit.
nice idea to count to 6 then again to 6 to make it easier in your Mind . Its all a Mindset , i like how your show the Number of the Weight in this Video .
I've seem em all come and all retire. Of the greats of pro bodybuilding, Cutler was the wisest in my opinion. Dexter a close second. Gym from cradle to grave longevity requires savvy wisdom
i find it very commical and comon when body builders are on all the gear many are very morbid mentally not stable and when their off it after a time their personality comes out, so kids don't do drugs and stay right away from being a professional body builder you must also take drugs to compete or it just may not be worth it as lee priest once said ,he had to in order to be like the other guys on stage.

some people may say he failed 10 times to win, careful what examples you give to your kids

@bigmikeobama5314 thanks but I won't trade my menhood for rich and fame, some people have standards and don't sell their butts my friend

Thank you for letting us tag along for the workout. Definitely like the vlog style👍🏻

Tryed hamstrings before squats and got better results. Thank you for the tips.
Bro stop the cap..he posted the vid 1 hour ago 😂😂😂
@ yeah and your point?
It's not the first time he has mentioned it..he has said the same multiple times over the years. Same with triceps before biceps. @murisdemirovic3364
Love this vlog format more real and relatable. Legend Jay !
Keep doing that VLOG StYLE 💯
Fantastic information as always Jay! Appreciate your time. God bless brother!
The greats just never quit. They also seem to drill down on the same points about feeling the muscle working. You are a King 👑
We love you Jay so down to earth but a master at your craft
If Jay, 4x Mr. Olympia multimillionaire, uses a barbell as a tripod, my broke ass can too…

Love both styles Jay but this was a nice change of pace with good commentary.
Filming style works for but whatever is easier for you or brings the best content!
Appreciate the vlog style. Feels more one on one. Plus your side stories/ talk is nice.

Changed my workouts around hamstrings before quads and feels better more power not so strained

I remember early 2k’s in safeway on the magazine rack..jay was all over the magazine covers with the leg routines

Thanks for sharing for the fans
I do like the vlog style for a switch up 💪
Jay is bodybuilding's best representative. All in.
I love the old school inverted leg press. dude, I wish my gym had one.
That's a cool smith machine that moves horizontally. The fixed kind I find dangerous for squats and deadlifts since it doesn't allow for much natural movement. Great video Jay!
Blogging videos are 10/10

Jay your my inspiration
Jay do a 1 rep max out day , bench squat deadlift shoulder press. I know age and injury, just warm up real good. It'll be aight
What I’ve learned from Jay Cutlet and Ronnie Coleman is to what works best for you.
Good sets
4x Mr Olympia and retired from body building but still working out. What a guy.
I like the camera man vlogs better so I can see those angles but great job regardless

I want your shoe collection bro 🔥
I count reps just like you Jay and I thought I was the only one.
Pls take us through your warm up routine. Like the stretches , mobility drills you do before lifting weights.
Best warm up routine is to do the exercise you are about to do with less weight

Would you recommend Kilo Club over Life time? I’m a Vegas resident and am looking for a good gym.
Much prefer the Vlogging Style.
Trump just pulled a Cutler! 2 out of 3! 😂 🇺🇸
What is the alternative for this seated leg curls?
"I squat for my ass" 😅
Arnold Schwarzenegger❤
170 💯 1:37
what the hell was that at 8:35 😂😂😂 BBL?
Nasty
go over work out in the head before training best!
Nice 😊 🤠👌🤙💯💪💪👍mate!!
"intense"
Correct me if im wrong jay. But doing more than 12- 15 reps starts to burn fat and not build muscle as much right.
You want the weight to be heavy enough that getting 8 to 12 reps is close, if not to failure. That's ideal for building muscle.
@DJ-sr9yq thanks

any special reason youre doing half-reps on the seated leg curl? or going super fast? or using light weights? or not even trying hard?
