I had classes with Lenilson Silva for 1 year. He was amazing! First drummer I saw in a class to talk about separation of hands and feet and demonstrated by slowing down the tempo on feet while increasing with the hands and then vice versa. That was something Neil Peart only achieved in his late career. Lenilson was fantastic!
I don't usually like Paiste cymbals, but god damn. And I mean GOD DAMN. Those sound so good. Nothing needs to be said for Eloy's playing, obviously among the best of the best in the game.

Been a long time fan of Sepultura's.... and I've been a fan of Eloy's playing since he joined the band. Means to an End is one of my favorite drum tracks of the last few years
And believe me people: Eloy talked about many genres and subgenres of Brazilian music, but there’re a way more types of Brazilian music. But yeah. Most of Brazilian music is not played like in a mechanic way. Have swing, groove, is essential. Although is sold to world only samba, there are a lot of Brazilian genres, samba is not even the most popular music genre in the country (actually the second most popular). We need to show the world our culture properly.
