- My real and raw emotions from struggling to conceive. It's hard to be so vulnerable, so publicly, when you're in the thick of it. Most couples only share their infertility journey once they're past the difficult times. But I am putting it out there now because I know I'm not alone. It's hard to truly understand the pain of infertility until you go through it. I'm with you.

Fertility struggles reality is hard for everyone, most just do it in silence. Many of us women do not know the basics of our menstrual cycle until we are trying to conceive. Even if you don't want medication having a Fertility clinic do the intial tests for both you and your boo can help those questions answered of why. We are here for you, so you can always ask us(ttc community) about different test results and natural things we have tried.

Thanks for sharing your story... i am also on the ttc journey and I've been diagnosed with PCOS. It's so hard getting a negative test every month and having to start all over again and asking yourself, "Will it ever happen for me? Will i even be a mom?" It is an emotional roller coaster. I hope it happens for us soon coz the waiting is killing us 😢
I completely agree 🤍 almost like a cycle of grief each and every month. I’ve heard many success stories of pregnancy even with PCOS. Wishing you luck and strength that it will happen soon for you 🙏🏼

I can relate to every word and emotion you feel. You are not alone in your pain... We have been trying to conceive for almost a year now without success. I don't know know when and if I will ever become a mother because it turned out my husband has issues with his semen. Today yet again I got my period. This journey is hard, emotionally draining, isolating, lonely and it is so unfair.
I'm so sorry to hear you are struggling. I totally understand the emotional roller coaster trying to conceive can be. Don't lose hope!

I agree!! I’m 33 and I just learned all of this at 32 years old! So I am being proactive with my 14 year old and educating her on our bodies now because she deserves to know when it’s time to freeze eggs early on if she wants to have children after 35 , something I wish I would of known because now I’m 33 and having a hard time getting pregnant again 😢
I’m so sorry you’re having a hard time! But think it’s amazing you’re able to pass on knowledge to your daughter you may not have had 🙏🏼
You’re not alone my husband and I have been trying since June 2021 and I’m still not pregnant. We have had 1 IUI and 1 IVF and they both have failed and I’m only 33. Infertility is so hard I completely understand.

We don't know each other but I really echo with what you shared here. Also having my own struggles with fertility and miscarriage. I feel like I underestimated the power of women and the ability to conceive and carry the baby to term. Took it all for granted. It hasn't been smooth sailing for me. I'm also hesitant about going to a fertility clinic but have recently asked my family doctor to refer me to one. You never know, have some tests done and get some answers, is what I'm thinking/trying to convince myself. I don't mean to patronize your emotions and thoughts here, just wanted to say I can relate, and I'm thankful I came across your video actually. It made me feel less alone. It's hard to find people to talk to about this and bottling it all up is very overwhelming. Anyhow, humans are resilient. I hope you stay strong and we both get some good news eventually :)
Thank you for sharing your story. I’m sorry to hear you are struggling but I’m with you! Wasn’t expecting this journey to be the way it has. It’s especially hard when you’re at the age of everyone getting pregnant around you and thinking that there’s only something wrong with you. Definitely can feel very lonely. Sending you strength to find the answers you need and hoping to hear good news from you soon ;)
The most amazing thing this lady doesn't understand at this point of her life is that she will get pregnant and have a baby one day. Naturally. And the uncertainty of not knowing "when exactly" is making her think that she has "infertility". :) That is the only thing that is blocking her from getting what she wants.

We’ve been trying for a baby since April 2022 too. Also been together for over 8 years. We’ve been seeing a fertility Dr since February this year, we’ve learned everything is basically normal on my end, but my husband’s end is very abnormal. I wish so much that it was more common to check the man at the same time as the woman, if it was we would’ve found out last December what was wrong and could’ve started working on correcting it then instead of just starting on meds/supplements June 2023. It feels like so much wasted time.
Now we’re looking at IUI in October. It really is an awful heartbreaking experience..
i definitely recommend getting a test done on your partner, if that’s part of the issue there are natural ways to help without medicine!

Thank you for sharing your story! I'm so sorry you're going through this. We ended up testing my husband's sperm first because it just seemed like the most simple test to do first, aside from labs. I have a video on how we were able to make improvements! I hope you can find something useful in it:

I had unexplained fertility problem for most of my adult life. I eventually started seriously trying when I was 37and did medicated fertility treatments for few months that didn’t help. Eventually it happened naturally when I was 38 ( I also have 24 day cycles). It will happen eventually and most probably sooner than later, I am sure of it because your story is very similar to mine and I can feel it in my gut!!

I had to wait for my third child for about 12 years, also with a 24-days-cycle and also shorter. Baby is on the way now... In the last two months (!) before I got pregnant I truely had let my wish go... Thats my story. I send my love to you. (Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Austria) ❤

How do couples not feel ready for kids in 8 years!!!???
Lots of reasons. One of them being I was 21 when we met and was not ready for children yet.
Just stumbled across this video and wanted to comment. Maybe meet with a naturopath or holistic medicine practitioner to do testing as the next step. That’s my preferred method too. Might I suggest getting your thyroid checked if you haven’t- was on my heart to share that just from viewing the video. Castor oil on the thyroid and liver are great for detoxing. I found vitex really helpful for hormones too. I know you didn’t ask for this info so I apologize but who knows what might work and is worth investigating so I felt called to share the info.
