After nearly 20 years of being told I won’t be able to carry a full pregnancy and losing 5 babies, having PCOS, Endemetriosis and endometrial hyperplasia, I eventually said what will be will be, and fell pregnant naturally last year and I am now so totally blessed with a 3 week old beautiful little girl. I hope and pray for you and hope pregnancy happens for you soon xxxx

I have a retroverted uterus and a challenging to navigate cervix. Over our 11 embryo transfers and multiple procedures, I've found it best to have a conversation with the doctor beforehand. They can often have a more narrow flexible catheter prepared for use. A skilled practitioner should be able to navigate a tilted cervix with minimal pain or discomfort (this is especially important during embryo transfer!). Wishing you the best luck. You so badly deserve this to be your time.

Oh Celeste, I am so glad watching this video. When you said on your last video you were going to do an immune protocol I really wanted to write to say what I had done but I thought well no, it’s none of my business and I‘m sure you are fed up with people always having an opinion on what you should or shouldn’t do. (I know I was) But I will share my info now, I had 4 transfers of pgs tested embryos, all with the so-called bondi protocol, intralipids, steroids, Clexane, aspirin, all very early losses. I had done the ERA and I was normal receptive. Well for this transfer I went to an immune specialist and was given the exact medications you were given, Plaquenil and low dose naltrexone for about 8 weeks before transfer and then starting 2 days (i think) before transfer I started Tacrolimus, also doing the usual Intralipids, Clexane, aspirin and steroids. I didn’t do IVIG. I also had Neupogen uterine wash (that is Filigrastim here) Anyway to cut a long story short I am 24 weeks pregnant now. The protocol worked! My situation is different than yours but my natural killer cells were high and so my body was rejecting the pregnancies. As you know these drugs are basically anti-rejection meds for transplant patients so some powerful stuff. But from the bottom of my heart I am glad you are doing this. I honestly know I wouldn’t be pregnant without these medications. I have a really good feeling for you this time, i think it will be your time, God knows you deserve it. Ok I‘ll stop waffling on now! I will be thinking of you tomorrow Sunday, it’s Mother’s Day here in Ireland so a perfect day for little baby Embryo to start snuggling in💕💕💕💕💕

Celeste, I didn’t hear you mention it but have you been tested for endometriosis? They have the ReceptivaDX test here in the states, its done the same way the ERA is, and tests your BCL6(?), markers for endometriosis. If you are positive for it, they have you go into medically induced menopause (Depot Lupron here in the states, DL or Orlissa I’ve heard internationally) for 2-3 months, then do a FET. Many women who are totally asymptomatic have been found to have silent endo causing very early losses/preventing embryos to attach. I had known endometriosis, but miscarried 6 times before my new RE did the chemically induced menopause, which was immediately successful. Something to consider, though I am very very VERY hopeful for this cycle 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 And when you are successful, keep an eye on your cervix; my aforementioned successful FET ended in tragedy because I have cervical insufficiency. No one told me its more common for women with infertility to struggle with this, so I’m telling you. I’ve been watching your channel for years now, as our stories are so similar. It took us 4 ICSI cycles, 6 FETs, 7 losses and 9 years to have success. I am truly rooting for you and TIm!

Two simple tips that worked for us after FETs....Keep your feet warm, double up on your socks or wear chunky bed socks, but make sure they are toastie warm. Also laughter and happiness afterwards, watch your favourite comedian or your fav funny series. I always came home and watched 'Friends', which worked a treat. There are studies to show those two things help after a transfer. It's Mother's Day here in the UK today, so maybe that's a good luck sign from us Brits ❤. I'll be thinking of you during the two week wait. Those two weeks are certainly not easy mentally, but maybe spending some quality time with your lovely Father will take your mind off everything. Hi Celeste, I wish u all the best with this trf 🙏💜 I have also done the NKC protocal and many of the other things involved in preping the body for transfer, i gather we have the same specialist as I'm pretty sure his still the only one in the state that does these protocals...it can be very emotionally and mentally challenging at times, I found the clexane injections for so many months really hard and 2wards the end I was teary every night. My hubby also had to wait in the carpark during our last trf, it saddened me that I had to fly solo but it's all worth it xx
Why the antibiotics? Thank you for the info. I'm trying as well and I just found out my natural killer cells is at 13% and might do an egg retrieval with intralipids next month and see a specialist about my immune protocol with doing an ivf in June. This is all new to me. I hope you get what you want. I don't know if you believe in God, but God is good even through these struggles. (John 3:16). Keep trusting, even in these difficult things ❤️

Two simple tips that worked for us after FETs....Keep your feet warm, double up on your socks or wear chunky bed socks, but make sure they are toastie warm. Also laughter and happiness afterwards, watch your favourite comedian or your fav funny series. I always came home and watched 'Friends', which worked a treat. There are studies to show those two things help after a transfer.
It's Mother's Day here in the UK today, so maybe that's a good luck sign from us Brits ❤. I'll be thinking of you during the two week wait. Those two weeks are certainly not easy mentally, but maybe spending some quality time with your lovely Father will take your mind off everything. Sending you lots of love, luck and prayers 🙏🏻. I just watched a video here on TH-cam from Dr Eric Berg on soy causing infertility and its hidden in so many foods and even vitamins It makes me wonder if that is connected to the heart breaking amount of women struggling with infertility. It breaks my heart to see the struggle of so many, Sending prayers that every single person that wants a baby is blessed with a healthy sweet baby.

I have also done the NKC protocal and many of the other things involved in preping the body for transfer, i gather we have the same specialist as I'm pretty sure his still the only one in the state that does these protocals...it can be very emotionally and mentally challenging at times, I found the clexane injections for so many months really hard and 2wards the end I was teary every night. My hubby also had to wait in the carpark during our last trf, it saddened me that I had to fly solo but it's all worth it xx

Why the antibiotics? Thank you for the info. I'm trying as well and I just found out my natural killer cells is at 13% and might do an egg retrieval with intralipids next month and see a specialist about my immune protocol with doing an ivf in June. This is all new to me. I hope you get what you want. I don't know if you believe in God, but God is good even through these struggles. (John 3:16). Keep trusting, even in these difficult things ❤️
