@@sporaticzsorry that happened to you, my husband likes the premier pre made proteins and I am going to tell him to be aware not to drink them to much. What were your symptoms?
When you stary blathering about needing more cards and not so much protein, the rest of your information is invalid. You pro ably recoomend seed oils and use the fda pyram8d as your guidline. Do better.
Thank you so much for your information, I wanted to ask a quick question. I am currently not financially stable and don't have a stable roof over my head. I'm 246 pounds and I want to lose weight, I've been this weight since I was 16 I'm now 24. I have horrible stomach problems, and I'm lactose intolerant but I'm interested in protein powders as my main meal. Is it safe to use protein powders as main meals?
I just got the truvani but havent used it yet. What would you recommend for someone with diverticulosis and No Gallbladder. I want to drink somthing as a meal replacement so was looking for a good shake. Plant base without all the mess i cant have .

What are your thoughts on the recent info about Premier Protein with regards to lead levels and the thickeners, sweeteners and fats?
I try to avoid drinking lead.
Premier destroyed my gut. Not sure why she’s promoting it
