I love herbalife thank you for your opinion
Would love to see more RD content! Also- this is VV niche, but would love some content on how to keep improving your skills and learning as an RD! (Feel like I’m rotting in this immediate post-DI life as an outpatient RD 😅)
If someone is an alcoholic. their mind and body is intuitively telling them to drink alcohol every night. your logic is that if something is "intuitive" it makes it healthy. Some people get really angry and intuitively follow their body and cause harm to other people. They followed their intuition right?
It depends on what your goal is. its totally fine to eat processed foods if you don't care about health... and before you say "look at me in healthy" we need proof and i mean numbers. you cannot tell the full story of someones health just by looking at them. i'm not trying to be a hater. i just see a lot of flawed logic in the videos you make. just observations
Whats wrong with wanting to be healthy and taking care of yourself? i understand some people take it unhealthily far but in general you shouldn't shame people for wanting to be in a healthy body fat range.
Obese people don't count calories either, so your logic is flawed. obese people "intuitively ate" what they wanted and look where it got them. i lost 150lb
It is physically impossible to lose weight it your not in a caloric deficit.
This dietician makes many true statements. But, I noticed how she carefully avoids mentioning the fact that high adiposity(high amounts of body fat) has been linked to virtually every major health concern: cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and colorectal disease. This has been backed by many long-term studies, even multi-decade studies. Now is the weight on the scale closely linked to how much body fat you have? Not particularly. It works for most as a general guideline. Most people aren't competitive athletes. What you want is a mri scan of your body where you can tell which tissue is fat from everything else.
THIS WAS MY MOM EVERY DAY

Hey, im not sure if you will see this, but, I want to become a clinical dietician as well! the only degree option I'm getting in the city I live in is ( and due to personal reasons cant go out of city ) is bsc food and nutrition and all the modules are heavy on food processing, manufacturing and packaging etc with minimal on human stuff. i am not sure If I can become a clinical dietician doing this degree, I don't want ti end up working in a company as a food quality checker..so this is really important! Hope you can help, thankyou so much ps. Obsessed with all your vids!!
Back when I did keto and cut out sugar my sugar addiction made it so I consumed way too many bottles of diet soda. I was hydrated in the sense I had water but without the other electrolytes it eventually contributed to me feeling a bit unwell. I feel like the reason people have such a visceral reaction to this is an association with the type of person who makes these waters. People see the heavier people who did weight loss surgery or former sugar addicts. And the "average" person thinks "their issue is that they are excessive" and when the person now has to add a million flavorings people instinctively feel like it's still wrong because of the excess. But I would argue it's actually the best solution. If these people have an innately excess driven mindset than letting them have something that they can overconsume without having calories may scratch the same itch and help them achieve their health goals. I do think these promoters should also promote drinking more normal water as well and then the critics may calm a tiny bit.
Girl i wish they could duplicate you! Having struggled with eating disorders and tried to make it known to other people how these come about I think you are amazing.
In a perfect word, where all the vitamins and nutrients are absolved from the ground, the fruits and vegetables are the best option, but in these days we have to reinforce as much as we can with multivitamins, greens probiotics, etc, here is when AG1 can help, i’ve been taking this product for more than a year every day faithfully, my blood work is always on point, I don’t get sick, I go to the gym. I tried to eat healthy and above I trust in God, but I do my part also.
I think it’s because the sand
I’m a retired nurse and I make it a practice not to tell my family’s health care providers my profession. I don’t want them to assume I know more than I do. …only on TV do nurses know everything about every aspect of health. 😊 Doctors get very little training on nutrition. They probably should refer more of their patients to nutritional specialists.
I think it's because it's a "sand" Wich
Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat, they both weigh the same pound by pound. Muscle is denser than fat pound by pound but they weigh the same.
Did you know that big food companies such as Kellogg and frito-lay pay for and contribute to the education of dieticians? Conflict of interest! Maybe you were just brainwashed...
Nice to see advice from a DIETITIAN as opposed to some random person with an uneducated opinion. BTW bread has been with humans as long as modern humans have existed.
I always wonder how people like this have the confidence to go after somebody who studied nutrition science for years. It's not easy to become a dietitian. And then they speak so confidently, but their only citation is "trust me bro".
I’m currently 19 and I’ve been back and forth between dieting and having a unhealthy obsession with food sadly. I’ve always averaged about 125-135 and since moving in with my other family I am now 148 and have gotten back on a tight diet :) I have meal prepped and everything I love it so much and I loved your video I subbed and I love what you do I used to work at dollar tree about to reapply and they always had such amazing healthy hidden gems!
I think your review is misleading. Yes, I did the whole Beachbody thing, and Im not ashamed of it. Shakeology helped me alot! Better moods, and Regularity. And the whole time I took it , I never got sick. Now that Im only working PT and older and not able to buy Shakeology, my health has suffered. This bag is expensive, but its because they source their ingredients from pesticide free soils from around the world. So until something better comes along, Im working my way back to shakeology!
I can’t leave the house without my emotional support water bottle either, i almost panic at this point if i forget it. That got me. 😂
It's not water so dont call it water.cant put a bunch of stuff tohether and say ots hydrating just because it's a liquid .alot of yhes will asholy dehydrate you .thos os basivly miss imormation.your going yo have alot pf kids watching these thonking there being helathy drinking all this so called flavored water them end up obese with diabetes . Goofy ahh sound effect 😂
hey hannah, i just stubled upon your amazing videos. currently starting intuitive eating after a relapse of anore*ia and now binge eating. my tummy is currently bloated all day (it already got a tiny bit better and less painful) which makes it hard to takle my days b/c moving around is pretty uncomfortable with a bloated stomach. at nights i am still bingeing moderately about every over night even though i try to eat enough during the day. i am pretty devastated b/c i dont trust that my tummy will debloat if i dont do portion control which i know is not really in line with intuitive eating… do you happen to have some short piece of advice on this topic?
Doctors are taught nutrition…. Otherwise they wouldn’t know how to keep you healthy 💀
As a nutrition student, I found your channel and I thinks its very fun!, I was wondering if you can do a video in your education journey and ways you study to become a RD.❤
Yes people in a larger body are avoiding self care that’s a fact miss they know it’s not good they’d just rather be ignorant about it which is the problem with your videos thinking your opinion is valid
I know this is unrelated to the video but thank you for showing me the sound i needed for my most popular video I probably would have gave up if it weren't for you
I enjoy your vlogs. Great book suggestions and balanced food ideas, and the life chit chat. Put the Darrkest Minds on hold at my library. The last work week before Christmas seemed extra rough this year for everyone! Hope yoi enjoyed your holidays.
A very relatable busy week! Can confirm, adding kids to the mix takes it to the next level! And yes, sometimes hot cocoa and Cheese crackers are medicinal. 😅
Whatttt?? Are you kiddingg meee??? You mean to tell me that you're a dietitian and don't know that some people use liquid/powder supplements either long term or temporarily because they're not physically able to consume solid foods due to health issue(s). I guess that's why you're just a dietitian & not an RN or Dr🤷🏾♀️I'm an RN, so here's your lesson for the day: Bariatric patients, people who have GERD, esophagitis, diverticula, esophageal tumors, hiatal hernias, had a stroke, or traumatic brain injury may have a hard time swallowing solid foods. Health conditions like ALS, polymyositis, and myasthenia gravis can cause muscle weakness that can make swallowing difficult---You know because the esophagus is a muscle. Some people who have suffered a broken jaw or their jaw is wired shut obviously cannot consume solid foods. Worst of all, are the cancer patients or HIV/AIDS patients who struggle with keeping an appetite. This may even be helpful for someone who is recovering from an E.D. People who suffer from the above noted conditions, but just want to get their nutrients in the best way they know how, could see supplement drinks as a helpful nutritional option. As a healthcare professional, you really have a LOT of learning to do.
U 2 are soo cute 😊
I've been watching your videos more often instead of all the weight loss accounts and I'm so proud of my growth. Had my 1st soda in years today 🎉
❤❤❤❤❤
Do any of these whey powders break you out?
Amen! I love me a good weight training session, yet I equally love a walk or a fun dance workout video. I am more likely to move my body often and frequently when I am doing movement I love.
THANK YOU 🙏🏻
Biased review from the start. Why even post this video?
It’s that hatred towards those living in larger bodies that instills the fear in me of gaining weight. I fear people will not like me in a larger body, which, to an extent… is unfortunately true
Obviously she didn't really research what food combining is. Although she has some valid points, food combining doesn't say that different enzymes aren't being secreted at the same time. It just says that they're working most effectively in their respective environment - for example an alkaline environment for amylase and an acidic one for pepsin. As soon as there's too much acid in the stomach, amylase can't do it's job properly in the stomach and the small intestine has to do a large portion of digestion. Also the argument sounds totally valid, that humans are the only species after all that combine food. First, I too thought that food combining is a fad, but after researching it more and giving it a try, I must say: It definitely helps with a better digestion! Now the biggest flaw is it's practicality - especially when you're a physically active person. Getting in enough protein while keeping it apart from carbs is truly challenging and I'm not sure I'm gonna stick with it long-term.
Medical Medium has actually given thousands of people the information they needed to heal.

ohh I love dates 😋 you should try dates with almond butter and caramel ! it’s amazing
I've seen a video of someone putting a pecan half with peanut butter inside the date. Supposed to taste like Snickers.
