  • @VickiBee
    @VickiBee 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    From Gustav, I don't know what means PEAK either. Vicki says it means "at the tip top of something. Like spitz in German."
    It goes up and to a point, like the top of triangle? That's what spitz means. Or a Spitzname Is a nickname.
    I don't know too what 'catch a breath' but I don't tell both to Vicki. I don't want her thinking I'm too dumb. Lady at Immigration called me dumb. She said all immigrants are dumb. Some Native American said "Your president is dumb."
    I'm glad I don't need return to Immigration in a while. It's stress down there.

    • @InteractiveEng
      @InteractiveEng  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Gustav. Yes, the "peak" of something refers to the top. Often people may use it when talking about the "peak of the mountain" or even in sports someone might say "I'm at the peak of my game." (The person is playing at the best of their ability.) And to "catch your breath" is to breathe after some difficult activity (like running fast). 👍
