  • Take your Charger’s style completely into muscle car territory with the Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs. These Sportline series lowering springs are engineered to lower your vehicle by 1.70 inches up front, and 1.80 inches at the rear. The result is a bold lowered stance reminiscent of classic muscle cars. Moreover, this lowered stance is achieved while maintaining your vehicle's ride quality so you still get to enjoy a relaxing everyday drive.
    Upgraded Handling Performance. These Sportline lowering springs will also upgrade your Charger’s handling performance. This is achieved by lowering your vehicle’s center of gravity, thus keeping it firmly planted on the pavement. The result is better cornering stability, improved braking, and minimized body roll.
    High-Strength Build Quality. These lowering springs are machine-formed from high-strength spring steel following exact specifications. This provides you with a set of components that provides reliable performance and an accurate fit. Lastly, these springs are finished in Eibach’s signature red powder coating, which provides superior corrosion protection and awesome looks.
    Progressive Rate Spring Design. These Eibach lowering springs feature a progressive spring rate design unique to these components. This specialized design offers exceptional performance characterized by ideal handling. These springs also work to reduce body roll, brake nose dives, and squatting during acceleration. Moreover, this progressive rate provides a more comfortable ride quality. muscle.am/2UjaZuc

    Keep in mind that when she says it can be done in 4 hours she means if you have a full work shop with all the tools, I just did it to my charger and it took most of the day.

      Ok I feel like and asshole. I’ve done several suspension over my lifetime and this one kicked my ass. The rear was for some reason a total pain in my ass. It took me four hours just to do the rear. Couldn’t get the bolt holes lined up. Did both fronts in a little less than 2 hours.

      @@leov36 don't feel bad as I said it took me all day to do front and back on my charger and I've worked as a mechanic all my life, try replacing all the rear link, you have to drop the entire rear cradle just to get the upper bolts out, that took me all day too.

    Missing important factor. Torque suspension components UNDER the weight of the vehicle. Use a Jack under the control arm to mimic it under weight.

      YYEEESSSS! nobody fuckin does this then they wonder why their new suspension makes noises. You got to preload the suspension before torquing!!!

    Was there no bump stop to trim on the front struts?

    Why when I search up eibach pro-kit 2019 Dodge Charger scat pack I keep running into the red lowering springs and black lowering springs ? Is there a difference btw them because some websites tell me that the black lowering springs don’t fit my car but some say it does and I see mostly people with the red lowering springs. I want the eibach pro-kit lowering springs and not the sportline ones, can anyone help ? Thank yoi

    When do install these lowering springs do you have to get your wheels aligned or have to mess with the camber or something

    • @antonioV96
      @antonioV96 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You don’t HAVE to, but if you don’t you’ll eat your tires up in a few months. These lowering kits cause a lot of negative camber, and the factory control arms don’t allow for adjustment. Ideally you should be purchasing some adjustable control arms front and rear to mitigate that camber and toe

    I don’t know if I missed it in the video, but I installed these springs, but for the rear I didn’t cut the bump stop off the shock absorbers, what’s the reason for that and what happens if you don’t cut like shown on the video?

    • @rts159
      @rts159 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      dont need to cut it. I installed mine without doing all that stuff. sits the same and rides smooth. idk why they did that for tbh.

      @hermanguzman1460 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@rts159 keep in mind that since the car is 1.8 inches lower the shock is compressed more too, it's just meant to give the shock that extra travel space that you took off.

      @@AngeloVigil345 you can cut it if you want to go thru all the work taking the shocks off or just wait til you need new shocks and cut them then, just remember because the shock has less travel space you might feel it bottom out when you hit a large pothole or speedbump.
