Im glad to see you back ray! I stumbled on your channel a year or so ago and i always wanted to try your emissions tuning. But i was still under warranty. Lol
I am sorry that happened but thank you. I just bought this 2021 2500 and was trying to talk myself into deleting it again. Bro as a Christian you are 100 % correct. I am very proud of you. I want have the truck until the end of the week i have to fly and pick it up. I hate that i missed your sale but it is what it is. We just moved and I will be searching boxes for the MM3.
Nothing but mad respect for your admission and continued profession of your faith. Ryan Milliken, owner of Hardway Performance, lives 5 miles from me. He was hit really hard, but like yourself, he admitted to his "mistakes" and was given a civil judgement. He's still paying to this day. He told his story on The Diesel Podcast. He also stopped supporting his old delete calibrations. God Bless- Rob from Pace, Florida.
Take a deep breath. This has been going on for a long time within the construction industry and farming; moving goal posts, continual changes, unattainable timelines for implementing corrections, and high fines. Only we were hit by both the EPA and OSHA at the same time. Seems as though the people who have never worked an honest day in their life doing hard manual labor now decide how things should work while sitting in an air conditioned office and working on a laptop. Prayer helps, lean on family for support, keep moving forward. I just met with an EPA rep to survey a ditch that I needed to clear out of brush on my farm. 6 people, drove 6 separate cars to my farm, looked at ditch for 2 hours. Ultimately determined there was nothing they could “regulate” but told me I had to have cover crop or grass buffer areas on each side…… One individual smoked, threw his cigarette on my ground when he was ready to leave. I picked it up, walked over to his car and politely handed it back. Unreal….
Can we build custom emissions systems? Why should we be forced to use a factory DPF/DEF system? Is B100 clean enough to run on a diet and be clean. I think we can build high flow compliant systems one day. The irony of old muffler fluid jokes. Your a good dude Ray. Hope to see things take off with the future.
So, I have experience with you and you have helped me in the past. Unfortunately nowadays you’re 100% correct, even though we know what’s best for our vehicles the government thinks otherwise, even though government vehicles are deleted before they reach their hands, or the dumbass politicians that make us go EV don’t ride around in EV vehicles themselves, on the contrary their motorcades are 100% big polluting vehicles. Anyways, we have to sit tight, VOTE and hopefully we turn this country around at some point! I have since traded my Ram in but I’ll continue to support you because you are 100% a man that believes in our goals but like all of us, is tied up at the moment. Stay strong, things will eventually change I hope.
Very good question! I am not a legal expert, but here is my take... Chevron allowed government agencies to make their own policies and enforce them. The Clean Air Act is a law and not a policy. The CAA is very clear that you cannot remove emissions systems on licensed motor vehicles. So unless the CAA is changed, you still cannot legally delete your truck. What may be changed is the ability to argue in court against some of the policies that the agencies have set forth. Policies are not voted upon laws and the Supreme Court decision against Chevron opens to door to argue against those policies.
Hey Ray sorry to hear all of what you have been through… Are the different sound tunes still available with the emission complaint tuners still? Or has that had to go as well?
Okay gotcha thank you I will be in touch soon to purchase.. my truck falls under the def recall mess should I go ahead and have that done since deleting is not an option??
Please…for the love of god…crack the code to tune Aisin transmissions.
But the government can run factory deleted trucks. 🤦♂️

Thank you for the kind words! Unfortunately I just found out Ryan got in trouble again. I hate it for him.
@@DOUBLERDIESEL wow that stinks. I didn't know!
Hopefully the ruling on the Chevron doctrine will help in the future.

I will keep my 2020 Forever I guess.
Glad you have a good outlook on things Sir
I have your emissions compliant tuning! It's been fantastic!!
Anything change now that the chevron act is gone?

Man so sad to hear this but i hope everything works out for you in the future
God bless you brother
Just remeber the power of voting, lets put people iin power that will stand up for the bullies (EPA).
Is it possible to just get transmission tuning from you and keep my current engine tune? 2019 Ram 6.7 with a built 68rfe.
No unfortunately on anything 2010 or newer, the engine calibration and the 68rfe calibration are all in the same file.

For some trucks we can still do the 12V or lope idle.
@@DOUBLERDIESEL I have a 2018 Cummins so no whistle tune?
@@sehd6603 You will not hear a whistle tune with mandated equipment in place, so not even worth doing.

@DOUBLERDIESEL thank you
@DOUBLERDIESEL well aperantly they can't help. But thanks anyways
I guess that answers the question why you never answered multiple emails and phone calls 🤷♂️
Best of luck to you ray ✌️
Stellanits/Cummins just fine 1.5 billion give or take a few $$$. Yes they mean business!
