With all the electronics already installed this kit is very quick to assemble. With a 6S4000 pack this Bushmaster packs a lot of punch. Learn to fly it nice and smooth, and then with all that power you can really throw it around and potentially explore some 3D aerobatics that are only possible because of the super light construction of OMP Hobby's latest RC aeroplane.
Filmed by Dom for the 'Essential RC' TH-cam channel at our local model flying club using the Insta360 X3 360 degree action camera.

I'm impressed by the technology of filming and controlling viewing on the tablet via the TH-cam app. It blurs the line between video and computer game and will be useful for practical purposes. 🇺🇦✌️

It's a fun thing to try now and again on larger RC aircraft that can take the weight. Trying it on a 35% petrol Extra 330 with smoke soon.

The good thing about being able to see new/different gadgets on TH-cam like this 360 camera, is a person can decide whether they like it and have an interest, or simply don't care for it, and thus won't have to spend any money to find out! I'm not gonna have to spend any money on this.... didn't really care for the video quality nor the lack of simply having a "home position". Now.... what shall I spend that money on??!!! 🙂 Thanks for the 360 peek! Interesting for sure, but not for me!

Regarding "video quality" you need to select the highest resolution on the TH-cam player. The default is very low.

@@EssentialRC Yeah I get that... I create/post content for a small RC club's flying channel. Nothing wrong with your video's resolution, even in 4K its great! I was talking about the 360 camera. By video quality, I was referring to the fields of blur surrounding the smaller focused area of the camera view, and appearing as the plane turns or the camera view is panned. The 360 camera affect is pretty cool, but without a "return to home position", larger area of focus, and less "fish-eye" effect, its just not something I'd buy and use. But its novel. And your video was informative, as all yours are! Thanks!

Is there a way for the camera to default it's position to automatically return the nose of the airplane? My guess is no? Neat video!

Not after you've moved the view, no.

Yeah, not a fan of the 360 camera. I want to watch the video while im doing other things, not have to continually fiddle with my phone to keep it panned in the right direction.
Hope this is a one off and not a new thing, or ill have to find other channels to watch.

"Hope this is a one off and not a new thing, or ill have to find other channels to watch." Really?! 🙄 Nothing stopping you watching OTHER channels buddy.

@EssentialRC I do. I meant I like your review videos but I hope this won't become normal.
Often have your videos going in the background while I'm doing other meanial chores, and like watching the flights. Can't do that if I'm having to pan the camera all the damn time lol. There doesn't seem to be a way to lock it in one orientation.

@@roadsweeper1 I do a bit of everything in the vain hope that makes my channel compelling. This 360 camera is just one tool I get out once in a while to make a video. One video per day at the moment because I film so much. You're in a good place. Don't let one video put you off. If you want more you could always become a 'member'!

@@EssentialRC would love to become a member in an ideal world, but cost of living and all that... what little I can afford goes to keeping Sally B and Miss Pickup in the air.
