correction : @6:01 "yavat jeevet , SUKHAM jeevet (Not tavat) ...rinam kritva gritam pivet" and that's sage philosopher Charvaka
    (from Indian School of Materialism)

He said correctly 'yavat' and not tavat. Listen again. He is a sanskrit scholar and this is a basic sentence.

@@CentralGenerali it's not about yavat ...he said tavat instead of "sukham" ...listen again...not doubting his sanskrit mastery!!! Peace!!🙂

Love your work and presentation of Ayurveda even though many Krishna fundamentalists say not to listen to you .
My question is Ghee being primarily a Saturated animal fat would creat insulin resistance and mal absorption of fruit sugar and contribute to arterial sclerosis , the number one cause of death in America. It would have to be taken in very small amounts 10% of daily calories . I would love to be proven wrong in this theory with real biochemistry science .
Peace love light and healing ❤

Pranaams Ji. 🙏🏼 You started to say what the downside of consuming too much ghee is, but then didn't. Can you elaborate on what the results of too much ghee are?

It's has a lot of the vitamins a,d, and k in it. You don't want to over do those as they can lead to cancer.

@@Andrew-qc8jh Fat soluble vitamins arent carcinogenic, neither is ghee it is a pretty stable fat , overdoing it wud probably mean it will increase ur LDL and depending upon ur overall metabolic health it might increase the risk for cardiovascular problems.

Yes - it’s not easy to find fermented ghee even in India. It’s an extra processing stage that eats into profits 😉

In south India, ghee is made from fermented butter but in the north, ghe is not fermented or cultured.
Of course the marketed ones are not fermented.
