Lol I appreciate that you mentioned how that bottom strut mount gave you a hard time, i did the same install on my ram recently and it was a smooth install except for getting that bolt lined up

I know you’ve probably heard this a thousand times but those spacer lifts are hot garbage I took that route and 6 months later I had the whole thing apart again due to the spacer lift making me need to replace my strut cap from the angle it puts the actual top of the shock into the mount. Now have bilsteins. Harder install, 100% worth the better ride and stability. If you start hearing this high pitched squeezing constantly hitting any little time imperfection in the road it’s those, trust me.

@@BackyardGarage1 I went to look at my boot and the passenger side is cracked!! It’s got a crack or separation down in between where it flexes when I turn the steering wheel. I went to Walmart grabbed brake clean and “FLEX-TAPE” and gorilla tape. I took the tire/wheel off and used it as a chair, then cleaned the surface really well w/brake-clean, after that I asked my wife turn the steering wheeel all the way to the right & then I started tapping when the boot was full e-x-t-e-n-d-e-d. last I took a long screw driver and prying on two wheel studs I turned the axle slowly to get a good seal completely all the way around. I then ripped the flex tape into 1/3rds and suck it between the ripples to keep the 1st layer down and allow it to flex as normal. 600 miles later it’s STILL DRY!!!!

It shouldn’t effect the camber but that’s why he went to the alignment shop. The lowering cause negative camber because of how we lowered them. Cutting springs and stuff like that you could always adjust the camber back out but I like the negative camber on a lowered truck. But this is just 2” and it shouldn’t cause positive camber too much
