After fighting Ghidorah, Godzilla becomes more apt in using his atomic power in GvK, showing accelerated output as compared to in KOTM; this is probably taking inputs from his fight with Ghidorah who was more versatile with his Gravity Beam power. In the upcoming GxK, Godzilla becomes physically very similar in form to Mecha-G, possibly realizing how much superior Mecha G was in physical altercation because of its superior agility due to more prominent limbs and leaner mass. That form would also allow Godzilla to fight more efficiently and less reliant on strongarming his way without necessarily throwing away the sum of his raw power, a wise development against shrewd foes like Scar King; the Pink Thermal power is almost ascertained a counter against Shimo's.

In 2019, he appears to have regenerated his lost dorsal plates, and the atomic breath became more intense. After the nuke buff, he probably grew like 10 meters and started glowing. The atomic breath that could barely harm a muto now can easy push back fucking ghidorah. Mothra gave him a buff at the end, and sure he doesn't appear to have changed, he is very much different. He can now keep up with the like of kong and he doesn't require like a freaking eternity to charge his atomic breath. Now why do I say gvk godzilla was buffed? Because I still belive that godzilla still contained the energy from both, the nuke and mothra with him. Hence he can do that shit. After the fight with kong in round 3, godzilla's dorsal plates don't glow and he appears alot more tired.
Gotta appreciate the fact that Godzilla learned how to deal with smaller enemies that can fly after facing the male MUTO. Also the Big G was SAVAGE in that fight, he hauled the Ion Dragon around with almost zero effort.

I just realized, this is the first time we have seen Godzilla Solo kill (or beat) another titan without the need for human interference the closest he got was Ghidoarh when he pulled him into the water and got hit with on oxygen destroyer, and the other was Kong, also in the water, but the humans stoped him, I guess he also beat Kong in Hong Kong but that was after losing round 2
