    Gr8 video, thx 4 sharing your mind/body lifestyle modifications as its more than just diet changes. One MAJOR health challenge I experienced was living in a home that had water damage from a flooded basement suite, that moldy mildew was in the carpet and the smell never completely went away. My health problems all started after that and I then lived in an apartment with leaky pipes behind the bathroom wall which caused asthma and sinus issues to this day. Brain fog, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, chronic allergies, IBS, migraines... Be very very mindful of moldy living or working environments, I would strongly urge you to avoid moldy/musty environments, indoor pollution is real and extremely damaging to your overall health and well being. Many Blessings restoring your Good Health ~

    Glad I found you! I have been on a 2 year journey from a GI dr to GP to OBGYN which led to severe anxiety disorder from lack of knowing what’s going on with me. It’s been long and hard. I’m glad to say I am now working with a nutritionist that specializes in gut health. Gearing up to do a candida cleanse actually. And reading and learning a lot about anxiety and healing my nerves. Everything you are saying is lining up with what I have learned from her and my journey! You should totally get certified to be a nutritionist! Looks like you are well on your way!

      @@kevinhayden1 I highly recommend looking up shaan kassam on TH-cam for anxiety. I read the book hope and healing for your nerves by Claire Weekes and I am in recovery now. With no meds from severe anxiety. I believe me I tried meds. Did not help at all. Get a stool sample done if you haven’t already. Get a good probiotic going and look into mineral mock tails. Best things that have helped me.

      My nutritionist did a stool sample test and a hair mineral sample. They both showed things that no other tests showed. I did 2 breath tests for h plylori over there corse of 2 years and both negative. The stool test showed normal ranges of hpylori and candida but we are treating them anyway. The mineral hair sample showed that I was depleted in potassium sodium and magnesium and low in calcium, all stress response related. Worth it to have these tests run

      Candidiasis is a fungal infection caused by a yeast (a type of fungus) called Candida. Some species of Candida can cause infection in people; the most common is Candida albicans. Candida normally lives on skin and inside the body, such as the mouth, throat, gut, and vagina, without causing problems. The Best Natural Remedy for This is Agbara Herbal Deep Root Cleanser to get Rid of everything concerning the infections.

    Thank you for making this video! Did you begin your candida cleanse at the same time you came off birth control? Did you experience symptoms coming off birth control, for example, hair loss, acne etc. Last time I attempted to quit I had these symptoms really bad :(

    • @avebeason
      @avebeason  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey! Thanks for your comment. So when I was doing the cleanse I came off birth control about a month in and saw some great improvements. I was supplementing a lot for hormones like omega 6, b vitamins (the pill depletes those vitamins) making sure my diet was clean and other things so luckily I didn’t experience any crazy acne breakouts. A few on my chin area and back but nothing like I was expecting. If you are thinking about coming off BC I encourage you to work with a specialist because everyone is different. There are some good books out there too that might help. But I will say it’s been a year since coming off the pill and my period is still irregular so I’m working on getting that back on track so it does take a while! Hope that helps :)

    • @avebeason
      @avebeason  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m so sorry to hear that you are experiencing those things! Your symptoms could be caused by a number of different things but candida can definitely contribute to the migraines. I absolutely suggest you bringing this up to a specialist/doctor to see what they recommend but I would say a good place to start is with your diet. I personally eat a paleo based diet and works pretty well for me! But eating Whole Foods, less processed, less sugar impacted my life greatly. I’m sending you healing vibes and hope you get some answers or some relief soon. ❤️
