It will work with any GPU, but supported resolutions depend on the card itself. Since 40-series all support HDMI 2.1, you'll be able to output 4K @ 120Hz and 144Hz 🔥
It is important to note that 1440p on a 4k screen will not look as good as 1440p on a 1440p screen - probably a bit blurry. So maybe you could check if you can run 4k with DLSS quality for example.
@@drunkhusband6257 If the C4’s HDMI ports were 144Hz natively, that would mean any device connected to it that can output 144Hz would be able to detect the “native” signal. The reason why LG lists the Refresh Rate as 120Hz “Native” is because there is no need for additional settings or special “effects” to get it to run 120Hz. The fact you have to turn on a special 144hz setting in the menu that ONLY works on PC means that it is not 144Hz native.
If you don’t turn of PC 144Hz Mode, it will just be locked to 120Hz. Other than that, you can change Hz on the PC side, but there’s no way to change it natively on the TV itself

Dude... just use Expert Bright picture mode with Game mode and 444 Chrome + HDMI PC mode and you'll get 400 nits or so. That's a super bright display with the right settings. That's number one. Number two, perceived brightness is related to the inverse square law, the larger the display and the closer it is to your eyes, the more perceived brightness. 42" is 75% larger than 32". So the nits on both displays are not comparable. simply if we take two displays with the declared brightness per square centimeter, for example, 200 nits, then the larger screen simply has a much higher luminous flux. for example, Apple Watch conditionally has 2 thousand nits of brightness per square centimeter. But it's a very small screen. therefore, the luminous flux from this small screen is not even close, not even 1/50 will approach the luminous flux from a 42-inch OLED TV, which does not even have 1k nits, and a maximum of about 800. same with qd oled 32 g80sd. You can try it with your display. just look really close and far away and you will notice if you look close - you will get discomfort from high brightness. that's how our eyes and physics works.
this size on the table to big, you sitting to close to tv, which is double damaging your eyes plus they get tired quickly and getting red. You might don't feel it, but it's fact. For this kind of desks better and safer use max 37" sizes.

I think you’re referring to it being too big for a Gaming Desk Setup. A lot of it depends on viewing distances, size of your desk, and also how you scale the Display. I think whenever you see a huge size bump in TVs or even how phones got so big, the initial reaction is “it’s too big” but when you’re using it for a while, you get used to it. Heey , is it good for only ps5 playing exclusief and watching netflix
It’s definitely great for PS5 and Netflix 🔥
On the website it says it is native 120hz
And only in gaming it will go 144hz
I think you should disable 144hz while doing other tasks
You have to enable 144Hz first on the C4 and then on your PC Display Settings. It’s not automatic 😩
@@FIREWOLFTECH you reviewed so many oled monitors are they sponsored or you got them on your own
Some are sponsored, others I get on my own
It's 144hz on PC, which means it would be natively 144hz.
Is there a option to turn on 120Hz and 60Hz
If you don’t turn of PC 144Hz Mode, it will just be locked to 120Hz.
Other than that, you can change Hz on the PC side, but there’s no way to change it natively on the TV itself
That's a great monitor until they bring a 240Hz MLA 42 inch model out, i hope for that one.
240hz on a TV, i dont think so.
LG OLED55C34LA I get this one today. 4K 120 hertz 55inch ad windows 11 playing ETS2
Wow, a 144hz feature, but only 120hz native hdmi? 😢
In india these two oled monitors models are available
1. Lg27gs95qe
2.34gs95qe
Should i go with any of these monitor or lg c4 48 inches oled tv?

Still no 400nits SDR brightness is what the main issues with current gen OLEDS especially who is looking for productivity. HDR can’t be used for all content 🤦🏻♂️
you gonna have to wait for tandem oled in that case
Dude... just use Expert Bright picture mode with Game mode and 444 Chrome + HDMI PC mode and you'll get 400 nits or so.
Rayquaza Wallpaper was 🔥
this size on the table to big, you sitting to close to tv, which is double damaging your eyes plus they get tired quickly and getting red. You might don't feel it, but it's fact. For this kind of desks better and safer use max 37" sizes.
its not too big. Desk depth is 26 inches with monitor arm I push all the way back and set the height perfectly. I use glasses that block blue lights and I also use dark room brightness at night which prevent a lot of that
Let me guess…it’s fire?
If it ain’t fire it ain’t worth it 😏
hello but this screen is not too big ? i ll buy rtx4080 so 32 '' it s ok but if i go 42'' i m scared i don want to buy rtv 4090 and i want to play ultra detail with confort thks to help me thks for this video !!!!
This C4 tops out at 144Hz so a 4080 would be enough to handle most games with DLSS

What is that dragon background?
Just save 700 bucks and get a 42” c3 on sale not worth it
Yeah that’s a huge savings. But eventually the C4 gonna be the only option, or maybe when the C5 hits

Ya sea un asus rog swift oled pg32ucdm o un aorus fo32u2p. Ya que son monitores 4k y 240mhz oled con 0.03 ms de respuesta y no los casi 5ms del c4

Just too big for pc gaming i think
Depends how far away you are... At a desk... Yup!! But for some ppl (controller users maybe) whom might have it on the wall or something... Bigger could make sense...
@@boost91 Yeah I guess with proper distance could make sense. Yet again i strongly believe PC/Monitor - Consoles/TV. Thanks for your input.
@@_ATHENODOROS_ different strokes... Here's another setup possibility... I play primarily racing games with wheel and pedal setup in my room and my display is on the wall so on and so forth you get what I'm saying... But yeah this seems big on desk .. But then again... maybe some ppl want that... If so, good for them! 👍
IMO it just the matter of proper distance and you'll get used to it. When I bought my first 32" display I was like "OMG its so huge, how Ill handle it?!" - and after a few years I can't imagine working on a smaller one.
This is how I feel every time I switch screen sizes, takes a few days to get accustomed
