It has been an honour to work with Bonobo, his incredible band and the iconic Royal Albert Hall for what is our largest ever live video production. Recorded on the the Royal Albert Hall’s 150th anniversary, as Bonobo became the first ever electronic music artist to sell out five consecutive nights at the venue, felt like a landmark moment for the electronic music scene that we were proud to be on hand to capture. We hope you enjoy the show.
@@andreacasas4553 Apparently after one of the shows some of the band heard her rehearsing on the organ and they asked her to play for the last show. The audience didn't know beforehand and the audiences at the previous shows didn't get to experience it

@@ETz-RYANH. Bonobo full live band (him, guitarist, singer, jazz drum player) is totally awesome live. I saw it once with classic orchestra too in Paris (around 10 instruments violin, cello, trumpet, so on)

This rendition of Otomo was like listening to our souls being faced with God. We make our music, feel our feelings, and in those moments the organ kicks in, we are reminded of creation and met with our destiny - and we stand in awe of it.
Me and my gf (now wife) lived in Australia for two years. We had Migration album cd on repeat the majority of the time. Amazing memories come rushing back whenever I hear this music. Driving along coastlines, through forest, farm land and more. Thank you Bonobo.
Imagine hearing it live. You know that the microphone wasn't able to capture the full experience. Just knowing one note has more power behind it than anything we could do digitally.
when anna lapwood kicked in, i got 2weeks goosebumps… happy for everybody who can get this live in the royal albert hall. mic drop moment when the disco ball was alight🔥🫶🏼 what pure moment of joy and love for music in this room… Simon💚
I feel like this is the full realization of Bonobo's live electronica/house sound. he's always been progressing into a more organic, live sound. not sure if it gets any more live & organic than this. I'd say it's his pinnacle, but I doubt it 🤩

This performance of Otomo made me tear up, that pipe organ, thank you Bonobo and Anna Lapwood, it’s like all of human existence has led up to this extraordinary ability to create and share beauty on such a level.
My god - Age of Phase with this light show looks so mind blowing. And Otomo with the bomb orchestral support - music doesn't get much better than this. Incredible.

Surprisingly enough, I am here not because of Bononbo, but because of Anna Lapwood 😊
That tune where she plays the organ is epic and i love the story about how she came to play with them
I saw her interviewed, she said that it's exceedingly rare that she's allowed to play the organ at it's fullest, bonobo was one.
