This was the single best musical performance I've ever witnessed. The crowd was absolutely ON FIRE theoughout the entire set, and when RDS dropped Innerbloom it sent a shockwave of emotion like nothing I've seen or felt before. Incredible stuff from RDS and the Mayan Warrior. Sending LOVE to all of you who were there and everybody who missed it too!
I was part of the build crew of Release (the 30ft metal sculpture of the woman made of butterflies in the middle of the crowd). The artist, Dana Albany, has been bringing art to BM for 30 years. She went out to the piece at sunset to check on it and was completely floored! In all her years she'd never been to one of the big dance parties.. only seen them from a distance. She stayed the whole time and had the time of her life! She was totally blown away that this was happening at her piece. Thank you for creating the most magical experience for the artist, the crew and everyone on playa!! Forever in my heart 🔥🔥🔥

I had an incredible experience meeting Monolink while attending a RÜFÜS DU SOL set. He wasn’t performing, just enjoying the music in the crowd like the rest of us. I struck up a conversation, and I shared how much his music, along with many others, inspired me to explore Burning Man. I even gave him a necklace, which he ended up wearing during his next DJ set, possibly at Playground Foundation Camp. After attending regional burns and watching Burning Man DJ sets on TH-cam, I got even deeper into DJing and now produce my own music which i played at burning man this year 2024! Burns can really open you up creatively if you let them! - XI Eleven 🎶

I met the team that filmed this video and they were having as much fun if not more than the rest of us which shows in this addictive creation. I think this is the best set in the history of sound.
I had an incredible experience meeting Monolink while attending a RÜFÜS DU SOL set. He wasn’t performing, just enjoying the music in the crowd like the rest of us. I struck up a conversation, and I shared how much his music, along with many others, inspired me to explore Burning Man. I even gave him a necklace, which he ended up wearing during his next DJ set, possibly at Playground Foundation Camp.
After attending regional burns and watching Burning Man DJ sets on TH-cam, I got even deeper into DJing and now produce my own music which i played at burning man this year 2024! Burns can really open you up creatively if you let them!

I met the team that filmed this video and they were having as much fun if not more than the rest of us which shows in this addictive creation. Everyone I've talked to has watched this vid multiple times. I was so thankful to roll out with the Mayan Warrior in 2016 and continue the tradition this year. We followed the Galaxyer all over the playa and made the most magical memories. I don't know how you all do it but thank you from the bottom of my burning heart.
