We are about to get our first snow of the season. This soup sounds like the perfect meal to warm us up! I cannot wait to try it. Thinking of also using some extra Szechuan pepper corns to give us that “tingly” heat. ♥️
Can we boil the beef shank before mixing it with the ingredients? or do we just boil it after? or is it optional to do either one? It looks easy to make :)
