Unfortunately the IT employees are not willing to be called/identified as workmen. This misnomer is forcing them to suffer in silence. Some of them even feel as though they have descended from Royals.
Blank cheque issued will not have any value if you can prove that the signature on the cheque was obtained under coercion. Further the holder of the cheque has to prove the 'consideration' against the cheque held by him.
What abt private Bank employee??? Does all terms discussed here will apply or it will be like Govt employee bcoz Bank emp also serving public!

IT companies lo 3 months notice undhi.. how can we tell to them on this?
1. If the employee signed for 2,3 months notice period during joining, the contract terms takes precedence in the court. Unfortunately, shops and establishment act of telangana cannot help unless you can prove that you were coerced into signing agreement during your joining, you cannot do anything about it.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
