You're welcome. Many people in the healing arts have the same issue... caring for others before caring for ourselves. But as the saying goes, "you can't pour from an empty cup".

Hi, thank you for this video. This might be the closest thing for me that I have found to what I am experiencing. I do not know what my condition is and it’s hard to research it. My pain is the upper left arm, more on the outer side, not front or back. I used to lift some weights, but I have stopped for over a year now, and I still have pain. I did not fall or injured in any other way, that I know of. I have another pain on the other arm(right) that I couldn’t have a fan or air blowing on it, it seems to have gone away, but it was somewhat different. I don’t want to go to a regular doctor, I don’t want to waste time and money (don’t have it) and I don’t want to take pills to mask the pain. I do wish to find a specific, good doctor, who can help me. I also have neck pain and lower back pain. From your helpful video, this pain may be from my neck. I’ve changed pillows, thought it was helpful, but maybe my mattress. I’m in my late 50’s and I want to go back to the gym and keep my strength up as I age. If you have any good advice, may I suggest a video on it, what type of doctor to seek, if it’s like a sports medicine or whatever. I live in Florida and wish I knew a good doctor to go to. Thanks for your great video.

My shoulder pain and upper arm pulling sensation are exactly as you describe. And I injured it by sleeping on my shoulder for 16 hours without moving.

I tried to do the sleeper stretch and it was very painful, not sure if I should persist to see if it starts to get easier

The sleeper stretch puts the shoulder in an impingement position. There's a modification at 9:20 , but it should NOT be painful. If it is, I generally would not recommend pushing through the pain. It should be a GENTLE stretch.

Great cheers ! Seems I have exactly this - rotata cuff. I Injuried myself I think at the gym. How often should I do the stretches and you think the pain should ease off reasonably quickly? I’m keen to get back to the gym. Thanks again

Rotator cuff injuries can range from a mild tendonitis to a complete tear. So without knowing more about the particular case, it's hard to say. It could range from days to months (or longer) depending on the severity.

I think it's from the upper back, i did several of the upper back this morning.
I know could be several reasons.
