I took this course and it improved my sleep immensely! I was the type of person who was always stressed out, to the point that it was like a natural state for me. Scary! Sky Breathing was truly a game changer! If anyone reading this needs some stress relief or relaxation techniques, I highly recommend this course. It's life changing! 💙

I am sorry if this is confusing for you. In the research community, Sudarshan Kriya is referred to as SKY. Also, the Happiness course (as in India) in the US is called the SKY breath meditation course and Power Breath Workshop among the US military community. As the scope of the organization spans over 150 countries it may be hard to know and keep up with what each continent or country calls their workshops eg in Europe it's called Breath and Meditation course. Hope this helps.

From the very beginning it has has a very profound effect on my body, breath, mind, intellectual, and memory and hence I continued to practice and here I am 12 years hence a totally transformed individual.
