    Yes this truly works belive me
    Yesterday night I was watching this video and wanted to test whether doing this will work or not.
    Because u know my dominant nostril is the left one and I used to get up with very less energy in the morning.
    And when I forced myself to breath through my right nostril as gurudev suggested , I don't even feel sleepy right now thank you gurudev

      @@plyme I haven't mastered it yet but what I did was in the night while I was lying on my left and I was breathing through my right nostril closing the left consciously for about 10 mins(not sure between 5-10 mins) then automatically the breath gets adjusted to right nostril ..
      I am able to do a lot of things because my sleep is complete then I think you would be obviously happy 😃😃👍

      @@plyme ye i have good vibrations in my upper body specially head its also kills the laziness i feel when i want do sport when i do it i sit comfortbly close my eyes and do it for 10min to help my mental to regulate tha way to breathe when i will open my eyes

      No No, he is talking about working..at any given moment 90% of times only 1 is dominant, the other nostril also works but lesser than the other.

    This is a very important topic. I’ve experienced it. When I watch my thoughts, I’m in full control of my emotions, I’ve experienced bliss and at those moments, I breathe through both nostrils. As Gurudev said, we can just have good intentions and be one with prakruti, things will flow well. One more point is that there may be many negative influences around you, but simply watch them don’t react to them unless there is a necessity. If you react rather respond with less words 🙏🏽

    I didn’t understand through which nostril I have to breathe/sleep for deep sleep. I got confused when he said left side I don’t know if he was taking about lying on my left side of the body or talking about breathing through the left nostril. Please help! I love listening to him. He’s so relaxing and adorable. I just discovered him 3 days ago and I want to listen to all his videos. God bless him! 🥰💞

      He’s saying sleep on your left side, that activates your right nostril which is best for deep sleep. Don’t sleep on your right side.

      Hi, I got confused also, then after several replays I understood him saying for deep sleep, lay on the left side and the right nostril will be opened, then for lite sleep lay on right side and the left nostril will be opened. My left nostril was open when I laid on my left side, so I placed a pillow under my left arm pit and then within 20 minutes my right nostril opened up and I drifted off to sleep into a deep sleep. So not sure if you need the pillow to eventually open up the right nostril, but that is how I did it. ~~~Peace~~~

      I’m sorry I edited my earlier reply. He’s saying if you want deep sleep you need to have your right nostril active. To do that you can sleep on your left side. Another way to activate your right nostril is to stick a pillow under your left arm pit.

      If you sleep left side right nostril will be activated and if sleep right side then left nostril will be activated.

    I am normally a right side sleeper. Symptoms are same as guruji said. Not energtic. I tried previously to get sleep on left, but its hard to get sleep i felt. I will try again . JGD🙏

    At sunrise either nostril breathing - functions./ our nostrils opening is connected with sun rise and moon's position timings. It can be changed by pressing the opposite side of chest, under the armpit, with a pillow.
    RIGHT NOSTRIL (left brain)
    open/-bright nadi.-- grasping power , understanding and alertness is good/ good digestion and bowel movement./
    SLEEP- on LEFT side ,right nostril up!- good sleep .
    LEFT NADI-(right brain)
    CHANDRA NADI---DARK-- WHEN OPEN GRASPING AND UNDERSTANDING IS LIMITED./BOWEL S NOT SATISFACORY, FREQUENT URGE/DIGESTION AFFECTED/
    SLEEP DISTURBED....if you sleep on right side.(left nostril is up)
