      @@adrid9675 Hey! Great question. I prefer a natural appearance on the outside of vessel. So, I choose to only seal inside. You definitely need to seal the inside, but many like the shiny finish and seal outside, as well. It depends on what you like. There are other finishes you can choose, that provide a glossy or shiny look.

      @@evenifcandlecompany thank you for your answer :) I like the finish you made, it's good to know you seal only inside and that is shiny. I watched other videos but honestly I don't like when the whole is shiny I likes the natural. I'm thinking of making one for my mum for mother's day.. she loves gardening so I think it will a good gift for her. Thank you so much for your videos! ❤

    Beautiful work! I’m a newbie in possible candle making, and I came across your video. Your candles are really beautiful, from the container to the label. What made you choose coconut wax?

      Great question. Many reasons, but to name a few.. I have tried many different kinds that are soy based, and I don't like how it looks on the surface. I used soy for about a year or so. It isn't the best looking wax. I switched over to coconut and l loved the performance and how it came out on the surface. Very soft and smooth. Secondly, coconut wax, in my opinion, is better quality. I love the ht, and never get headaches using it. Lastly, it seems that everyone uses soy wax, and I wanted to stand out a bit. These are all through my own experiences, though. So, do what works best for you! Soy is a great starter wax, available everywhere and cheaper. Hope this helps :) I appreciate your kind words!

    Love your vessels... Will that small wick burn even ( no tunneling) with that diameter? Thanks

      Thanks Jeanette!
      I’m not sure what wick you are referring to. But, I would test wicks and see what works best for you.

    when is the essential oil added to the candle and at what temperature?

    • @evenifcandlecompany
      @evenifcandlecompany  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Robin. It depends on what wax you are using and what oil you use. Each Fragrance oil and wax has a temperature listed on the carriers website. They will show you the recommendation and the amount to use, percentage wise. I’m not sure on essential oils, since I don’t use those.
      Take a look at what your essential oil says. It should be on the website. 👍🏻 thanks for the question and good luck 😊

      I do. This is a candle making tutorial only. I have a video on making the actual vessels, which shows my sealer and supplies 🙂
