Im late to the party, but always a sucker for picanha. The fat cap melts in your mouth like butter. Americans are so lucky to (still) have it so cheap in the US. In Brazil it is the most sought after cut of meat, which makes it expensive (around U$ 12.00 / lb) cos there's only 4-6lbs of picanha per animal, depending on the size and breed. Good stuff, super tender, juicy and beefy. Cant go wrong with it.
