The GO mode is the same than F mode, but with faster parameters for the rotations. It’s more instant, and is supposed to be used when you want to film faster actions.

Thanks for the detailed tutorial! Just received my M2S today and I love how compact it is. I used to own a Feiyu G6 Plus for my Sony A6000 and I think the M2S is a far superior gimbal and it's cheaper too. I would say the only drawback is that it lacks wifi , unlike the previous M2 model. So, the only way to use the record button on the gimbal is through a cable, which is rather cumbersome. Overall, I still like it!

I just got mine a few days ago, this video was helpful. I have a canon m50 with the 11-22mm lens, its a heavier set up and I will have to keep playing with it to get it to function the way I want it to. Seems the potential is there by my lens may be just to heavy for it to do to much, I want to use my wider lens for vlogging

It's a GREAT and very comprehensive video. Unfortunately, there's a BUT.
@Mamo Air - regarding 27:01 ->> can you provide a full video tutorial with all the steps on how to re-calibrate Crane M2S using the six-side calibration?
My gimbal was actually perfectly calibrated out of the box and then I followed your advise, did the six-side calibration and now it's strangely tilted, which makes it unusable. I am quite worried what to do about this, because I only realized after the fact that, contrary to the video's suggestion, there's no need to do the re-calibration if the position levels are correct.
Now my gimbal doesn't work and I don't know what to do. I spent many hours and many re-calibration attempts but apparently I am somehow positioning the gimbal wrongly, because it results in mis-aligned levels. It all worked fine before I did the 'six-side calibration'.
I will be very grateful for a full video on how to calibrate it. The APP photos don't provide sufficiently clear instructions.

I am having this same problem. Did you fix it and how did you do it?

    • @darianwawer
      @darianwawer ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@BlondVlogs Yes, I fixed it (info below).
Ok, so - you are NOT supposed to calibrate the gimbal at all, unless you notice specific problems. All gimbals are properly pre-calibrated and the vast majority of the time will work perfectly fine straight out of the box (that's the official information from the manufacturer).
      HOW TO FIX IT:
There's no official English video, but on the Chinese website of Zhiyun there's a proper instructional video:
      www.zhiyun-tech.com/cn/service/support/587/3/show?type=website&page=second_nav&source=service2#/pages/index/support/videoPage
Specifically video named CRANE-M2 S 六面校准教程 (this is the second video from the bottom).
What you will need is a moderately tall, sturdy box in order to perform proper calibration. They tell you which part is the one that you should actually pay attention to and how to position it correctly at each stage. I am sure it will be much easier to do it with this video.
      Good luck!

Hey there, saw that you have a fuji camera, have you tried with this gimbal? Ive found it difficult to balance, i have to push the horizontal middle part towards to left.
what happens is the motors overheat after a while, especially when shooting outdoors and it simple conks out and goes to sleep mode.

Hello there. Thanks for the message. In my experience different cameras work differently in gimbals. Sometime I turn the stabilisation of the camera off while I use the gimbal as they try to compensate each other stabilisation and the image is quite artificial.
