Does anyone else feel like this is reminiscent of the old Clay Soldiers mod from years ago?

Hey, the pvp is very scuffed, when you have an army they only attack whatever you select and only one at a time, it's really annoying when trying to have a good battle, also the blueprints need a minimal amount of stuff because me and my friends just make small and cheap slave houses that don't really make it feel like a real village.
How do you see the battles? You can select the small groups of warriors and move them separately
@@minefortress well I move the whole army as a whole and then try and let them lose on the enemy army, the problem is that they don't attack unless attacked themselves, and they don't care about there fellow soldier and not altogether attack as an army.

@@minefortress Yeah the dudes right, maybe make them walk around like the others so they wont iust stand there and hear the villager cries as they are getting eaten alive and haveing a billion arrows to there body? And maybe add click a keybind like uh "P" so when you right click behind mobs the army will attack the closest enemies, and the reason it should be a keybind and not a feature entirely is, what if you are trying to retreat and your men randomly attacks the enemy? (Btw i thought of this from the game Stick War 2 so yeah)
What is wrong with you?
I'd say the closest match up would be to stonehearth. The game was sadly abandoned a few years ago but it basically has everything in this mod that I can tell, but expanded on. Block based game where you controll characters to mine and chop trees to get resources to build buildings based off of presets or you can hand make them. Job class system is nearly the same with a few additional classes, and it has a storyline along with different enemies.
Biggest weakness was that it was unoptmized so the world was kept small. This mod has really caught my eye, and I'm looking forward to it's growth.
been testing the mod. still getting used to the controls. I must say its impressive for what you did with the mod so far. been actual keeping up on these updates. I like rts games and been trying to find rts games on their own or mods. so I'm glad to see this fully out to play. the combat could use updates. like how ya select the warriors maybe use the right click to select a group of enemies. also allowing the warriors and archers to fight mobs without having to tell them to if they are close or in the perimeter of the village. I'm not sure how that can be worked in since I don't code or anything like that. just giving some ideas on it. all and all its a good mod and I would love to see it grow. I again thank you for giving it that new experience. after I get a hang of it. I'm gonna try it with other mods and see what happens.
Loved the video @minefortress! Can't wait for the next video man! Saw System Zee playing with this against a Few Players to see which group could build a Better Village. This would be Great to see in some of the Latest Versions of Minecraft with a Few Other Mods like Recruit Villagers, Create Mod Community or even the Valkyrien Skies Lineage of Mods.
The Fact that the Villagers can Build things for you is what got my attention. Being able to have them Build Houses for them or Create Pathway/Road Systems in the Village is just Incredible. I'll need to look into some of the other Features like the Influence Monument and Custom Buildings so that I can have a Better Understanding of how that all works.

you can prob build auto farms like normal mc but other then that, prob not@@kezzyhko
You can build redstone based blueprints
you could build redstone contraptions but they might break it using water while making it.

i dont play multiplayer so seeing a lot of npc building and making the world feel more alive is awesome

this is really awesome, it'd just be nice though to have a version that manages itself while you're playing in survival
this hits that stonehearth itch but doesnt preform like crap like stonehearth. cant wait to see more from this, would be cool if it had a similar size to minecolonies
I sure hope that when the villagers build stuff they actually take the time to gather the resources first from the surrounding area. That way you could see the progress of your kingdom, and as well give incentive to strike out and explore. After all, the more you expand the more resources it'll take, and the resources from your initial location wouldn't be enough. So over time, you may start out in a forest but by the time you're finished you've carved yourself a civilized area.
Also, will there actually be an option to send your villagers to mine down? It'd be cool to see your kingdom grow outwards, upwards, and downwards.
I love this mod But this mod has a bug I can only Place the 2nd Building. Inside the First Building. Please fix ist 🙏🙏🙏

I love this mod and I wish I could support there's only one issue I've noticed where after a while of collecting resources the crafting menu will become full and just delete some of my items I'm not sure if it's just my slightly old computer bugging out or if I maybe just overlooked one of the features but thought i should just let you know the mod is great and its literally the only issue I have encountered.

Is there any way to have 1 player be in creative with access to the mod and then have everyone else in a server playing normally? It would be an awesome concept to set up a war event on a massive server

how can I exit the blueprint placing screen? I cant figure out which controls to press and dont know how to cancel it since the X button on the side of the screen has been removed
If you are already selecting where to place the blueprints then left click anywhere and the blueprint will be reset

Can you swap back and forth between this game mode and the vanilla?
You know, I'd love this if it was available for forge. Even more so if it was somehow compatable with TFC (terrafirmacraft) to give a really interesting experience, where you are encouraged to kinda switch between the fortress mode and survival, in order to go out and scout out where important resources might be. Then theres also the seasons to account for, so you need to make sure your town stocks up and properly preserves food to survive the harsh winters.

The mod looks amazing, but is buggy as hell. Villagers just disapearing from the list, I have three warriors, game shows I have zero. Vilagers just walking around instead of chopping down the trees and building. Numbers of villagers just randomly going up and down.

for now only on 1.18.2 and java, i believe the team is trying to get to 1.20 and (apperently) bedrock, so thats neat (im not sure about bedrock)

@@XioJN I´ve seen it, and it looks good, but theres 1 small issue. It literally cant run from 1.16.5 to later. It is uncapable. It just throws me an error message.

if you try lubuntu (very light weight system) it just might work
I have some issues where I can't run modern windows systems on my laptop so I had to switch to different OS without compromising security or updates depends on systems though military laptops cannot run anything other than specific windows versions

OOO. that would be really cool, you beat Minecraft in rts mode.
the dimensions thing is in ideas on the trello so most possible (chipped mod is the mod that adds a lot of blocks, right? i think it works with any mod that adds blocks)

This mod is terrible, too many bugs to even begin to play. Crashes my RTX30 5 times, and continues to mess up my computer. This game IS a virus I do not recommend you download it.
