I can't tell you what an absolute gem this workout is!! I have always loved ashtanga yoga, and I have been out of the practice for a couple of months or so. I find this very easy to fit into my day whenever I happen to do it. I also find it in absolutely amazing focusing and stress reduction tool. Just want to thank you so much I truly enjoy this particular class and look forward to doing more..

Wow I actually enjoyed that. A good balance of challenge and stuff my hypermobility helps me do. Somehow it didn't hurt, I always put off yoga because I get injured so easy, but this feels good? Thank you 🙏🏻
