So excited to see this video.! This is exactly where I am. I only made it through 2 sets, but hope to work up to all three. I love the added timer. That really helps.
Thank you for sharing! It’s a hard transition when you’re just starting. I hope things are going well! And I’m still learning all the time. It’s a great thing about this career. We have new information and evidence everyday ☺️
Thank you I had my stroke in 2016 and I was paralyzed on my left side of my body and when I went to PT/OT I was always told you do not have any movement in my arm, hand and now I have a weakness can you help me?
Hey there! It’s hard to make specific recommendations. But as a general rule of creating neuroplastic changes (brain changes), if you have any movement at all, consistently working/exercising the affected side is the only way to create progress. It could also be worth asking for a therapy reevaluation at this point in your recovery to see if they can create a plan for you. Everyone’s recovery is different but you can’t know how much progress you’ll make unless you try❤️❤️

This is perfect, just sent this video to a few patients of mine. Love it!
Thank you for creating and sharing your experience and knowledge! As NEW OT, IT IS hard to “know it all”. Just shared your videos with my patient!
