    I will be sharing how to make soft Yogurt bread in this video.
    This recipe, which does not contain any eggs or milk, can be soft and tasty with just plain yogurt.
    The top of the bread is very delicate and soft. And also you can feel the aroma and taste of yogurt.

    Yogurt Bread
    9 pieces - Square pan 20 x 20 cm
    Bread flour(All purpose flour) 300g
    Sugar 25g
    Salt 4g
    Instant dry yeast 4g
    Plain yogurt 80g
    Lukewarm water 120-130g
    Unsalted butter 25g
    Please prepare ✓
    * Remove water by placing plain yogurt on a sieve with a paper towel. (About 15-20 minutes)
    * Leave the butter at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to remove cold.
    * Grease the pan and line with parchment paper, for easy removal.
    1. Put all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, instant dry yeast) in a clean bowl and lightly mix with a whisk. Add the prepared plain yogurt and mix. Then, add lukewarm water in 3 portions. Make a moist dough that neither dry nor too sticky at this point. Add in softened unsalted butter and transfer it to the workbench.
    2. Begin kneading the dough, pushing it down and then outward, only using the heels of your hands. Fold the dough in half toward you and press down. If it is getting sticky, add a little more flour. (less then 1 Tbsp). Continue to knead, folding and turning the dough, until it is smooth and supple. This can take as little as 10-15 minutes. Stretch a piece of dough into a thin sheet between your fingers. If the gluten is well-developed, the dough will stretch into a paper thin film without breaking. Put the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a wet cotton cloth. Let dough proof until it doubled in size in a warm place.
    (Depending on the temperature, the dough will proof in 1 hour, but it can take up to 1,5 hours.)
    3. Transfer the dough to the workbench. Press the dough to remove gas and divide it into 9 pieces. Shape the each dough into a smooth ball of dough. Cover the top and wait for 15 minutes.
    4. Press out the gas from the dough and shape it into a smooth ball of dough again. Put the dough into a prepared pan. Let dough rise until it 1,5-doubled in size in a warm place. (About 40-50 minutes)
    5. Before baking, sprinkle some sifted flour on the dough surface. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170℃ (338℉)
    (Baking time may vary depending on the oven specifications.)
    6. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.

    스마트한 오븐이라 폰으로 작동시켜서 했네요~ㅎ
    1단에 두고 170도 예열 후 20분 굽굽했네요~
    어제 레시피대로 만들어 먹었더니~
    ㅇ ㅏ~
    저는 강력쌀가루를 사용요~^.^
    완전 폭신폭신 보들보들 촉촉하니~
    깃털처럼 찢어지는 식감이며~
    완전~~~
    맛나게 잘 먹었어요~💕💕💕
    남편과 아들램이가 엄지척 해줬어요~ㅎ

    플레인 요거트 80g은 물기를 제거하기 전 무게인가요?
    아니면 물기를 20분 동안 제거한 후의 무게가 80g이라는 뜻인지요? ^^

      안녕하세요^^ 우유는 유제품이기 때문에 물을 넣었을때보다 식감이 더 좋고 풍미가 좋아져요 😊 물과 동량의 우유를 사용해주시면 됩니다!

      Hello, May I ask why you want to put in heavy cream? I have never made this recipe using heavy cream. If you want to add heavy cream for extra texture and taste, you can add it. However, the viscosity of water and heavy cream are very different, so the texture of the dough can be different. Please add heavy cream little by little to make a right texture of the dough. 😊

      안녕하세요 연이님^^ 이 요거트 빵은 윗면이 다른빵보다 노릇하게 구워져 나오는빵은 아니에요. 윗면에 밀가루를 체쳐 올려줘서 좀 더 연하게 구워주었거든요 ^^
