    At the end of this video I talked about one of my Udemy courses, Business Etiquette 101: Social Skills for Success. This course will help you develop social skills so you can deal with people better and improve your overall "people skills" to become a better leader. The discount coupon for this course is here www.udemy.com/course/business-etiquette-101-social-skills-for-success/?couponCode=YTFAN-OCT2023 This coupon lasts for 5 days and expires on 10/16/2023 4:53 . If you enrol, I look forward to seeing you inside the course!

    I think effectively communicating unpopular feedback warrants specific focus. That’s where people make the most mistakes. You can’t shy away from it, but you also can’t piss everyone off either

    Hello mam good explation on how to deal at where you are working as everone is blessed with mind but most of them do not use it and reflect your action without it for example if they are sitting in a speech and when they have to clap they do it instant without thinking what the leader has said .. but sometime skill is base on your backgroud if you are living in a good enviroment good skill is developed in you but good skill does not mean you use it everyone skill means you should use it at your work place not everywhere because we should not mix the professional and personal life each other and mam your way of delivering speech hand gesture while speaking and be confident all these thing makes you different from others .thanks again a lot .🌹🌹🌹💯💗

    Delegate only works when someone knows everything of their field. If you delegate when you dont know anything, there will always be lack of respect from the workers. Incompetency.

      I disagree. Being a leader doesn't mean knowing everything. Does the CEO know all jobs?

      Ooof. It would have been free not to let people know that you’re inept as a leader.
      What a bad take.

    Leaders don’t always actually have all these skills. In my experience they actually have several at best. Which of those you listed do you believe are most quickly learned?

    • @kararonin
      @kararonin  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great question Karen. Although they all take time to learn, I'd say the quickest one to learn is delegation. The reason for this is you can come up with a go-to phrase when asking someone to perform a task and use that every time you delegate.
