I am from the US. I wish so much that our countries could be more allies than rivals. I adore the Chinese culture, it's a beautiful language, the art, the music is so magical. The country itself has some of the most beautiful sights to see that I feel I probably will never get to see. Still though, even though our world leaders all suck , and would rather fight than not, I still have much love and respect for the people. I feel like all of us regular people would actually get along and learn much from each other!

I can see that this is obviously a lot of work and care to spend so much time preparing all of these things so naturally. There is a natural beauty, coziness and comfort of home and family which comes with all of this obviously. I live in the states and we eat an enormous amount of processed and machine prepared food. Because that is the case we miss all the healthy things and all of the love, family and togetherness that you enjoy naturally in living this way and preparing your foods like this. There are some things that money cannot buy or replace. Thank you for your lovely video. I enjoyed it so much.

I am Romanian and people here use every single part of the animals for different kind of dishes too. In some villages , people still keep the tradition of gathering up at the house of the family who sacrificies the pig , and help them out with all the steps. Usually men sacrify and cut the animal in separate pieces and the women do the cooking . They also celebrate this meeting up with "tuica " or "rachiu" , which is a traditional alchoholic drink made of fruit, usually from plums or apples.
@@DarkMewTwo5 yes! Well, in more modern places where villages are way bigger than they were before, only the closest friends and neighbours help. But that is still a huuuge helping hand. :)

I have watched a chef talk about this in his video. He said in some western cities people don't get use to eat different part of animal anymore because they can hardly get these from the supermarket. Due to viscera is more difficult to store and transport than muscle, which will increase the cost of the company. People gradually became unaccustomed to eating animal viscera. In fact, this greatly affects people's health, because the viscera is the most nutritious part, rich in many vitamins and minerals.As a Chinese, my family often eats all kinds of animal parts. My mother would make pork liver soup and told me it was rich in iron and good for your eyesight. Stewed pig's trotters and chicken feet, which are rich in collagen and help keep the skin smooth. I hoped that these recipes will enter the lives of people in Western cities through cultural exchanges. They don't taste any worse than steak when cooked the right way. Wish you and your family healthy all the time.

This is so interesting and well done. I am a Cajun/Acadian from French Canada. My ancestors were exiled from Canada by King George in mid 1700s for difference of religion. Anyway, we migrated to south Louisiana to fish, hunt and trap. Most people raised pigs. We still in this day have pig feast or what we French call, Boucheries. Very different dishes from what they have here but I would love to try some of theirs!

My father comes from a family of Italian immigrant farmers and every year they would get together to butcher livestock, including pigs. I still have and use many of the tools they used nearly 100 years ago.

I am Romanian and people here use every single part of the animals for different kind of dishes too. In some villages , people still keep the tradition of gathering up at the house of the family who sacrificies the pig , and help them out with all the steps. Usually men sacrify and cut the animal in separate pieces and the women do the cooking . They also celebrate this meeting up with "tuica " or "rachiu" , which is a traditional alchoholic drink made of fruit, usually from plums or apples.

I have watched a chef talk about this in his video. He said in some western cities people don't get use to eat different part of animal anymore because they can hardly get these from the supermarket. Due to viscera is more difficult to store and transport than muscle, which will increase the cost of the company. People gradually became unaccustomed to eating animal viscera. In fact, this greatly affects people's health, because the viscera is the most nutritious part, rich in many vitamins and minerals.As a Chinese, my family often eats all kinds of animal parts. My mother would make pork liver soup and told me it was rich in iron and good for your eyesight. Stewed pig's trotters and chicken feet, which are rich in collagen and help keep the skin smooth. I hoped that these recipes will enter the lives of people in Western cities through cultural exchanges. They don't taste any worse than steak when cooked the right way. Wish you and your family healthy all the time.

This is so interesting and well done. I am a Cajun/Acadian from French Canada. My ancestors were exiled from Canada by King George in mid 1700s for difference of religion. Anyway, we migrated to south Louisiana to fish, hunt and trap. Most people raised pigs. We still in this day have pig feast or what we French call, Boucheries. Very different dishes from what they have here but I would love to try some of theirs!
