Tips on taping them up?
For any matte heel cup be sure to use krylon matte finisher. I suggest going over the area with acetone and cotton balls/cotton rounds first and as always be sure to tape off the parts that you don't want to get finisher on. Been a while since I've watched your videos but you're always killing it!
facts, the boost should have been cleaned deeply before painting over it, maybe he did, but did not show it on the video.
If you dont already no about @boostedstripes check them out on Instagram. They make stickers for not only the 3 stripes but the heal cup also. It wont fixs the scuffs but it'll sure as hell hid them.👍
Use mate finisher dude for normal UB heelcup, but for gold medal im not sure

Who cares that oil-based sharpie's fuck up the shoe over a period of 4 years? Because I don't. If I'm going to spend the amount of money for your paints + shipping, I might aswell buy new pairs lol.

did you try used sand paper for ultra boost heel cup? Try using p900 or p1000 fines sand paper..I think it gonna work..I have used sand paper 1000 to remove scuff. Try and error

I think the shoe would loose all traction before you get your full use of 4 years tbh. I have a pair I used every other day and traction is still there but quickly going
