General question i have a lot of ultraboost black on canvas and white on plastic would like to paint plastic only to match some workout shorts. Not comfortable with airbrush so was woundering could i use the same paint you use in the beginning with a mixture of 2 hard and then brush on...any concerns will it streak or not stick the same...tia

Correct. Theres several different shades of white as there are in black or any other color (50 shades of grey lol). I have not found a way to color match it exactly. you would want to "feather" off the part you painted gradually and do it in light coats. Still wont be exact, but wont be as noticable.
If the material is fabric then we suggest using 2 Soft. 2 Soft will allow the paint to adhere better to the fabric and will keep it from becoming too stiff.

the instructions on their says 300 degrees for 3 - 5 minutes. unless you can get it to that temp safely, id recommend a heat gun. doesnt have to be a fancy one...
@@AngelusBrand I've used acetone twice on Ultraboost and never had a problem, but I get it to each their own. What about your brand of deglazer? Or an adhesion promoter? And like you said you can light sand also. The paint job he did is excellent work and it looks great! Im just stressing how long it will hold up?
The paint may not stay and last on the respective materials. Since Angelus Paints are made for leather the additives will help the paint to adhere to different types of surfaces.

If you want to use Angelus paint markers on mesh, would you combine the paint with 2-thin or 2-soft?
Correct. You may not need as much 2-Thin. It will be something you need to test and experiment with as you go.

Shnibble Tron black is amazing to cover. With a few coats you won't even see re color underneath.

Nope, finisher is optional. It adds a little extra protection but mostly gives the project a nice sheen.

Nope, as long as the shoe is prepped properly and the paints are applied correctly then the paint will not come off or bleed.

Dang you didnt wipe acetone on the plastic first? 2 hard is cool but definitely thats not going to stick
He used the 2-Hard for this application. Acetone can ruin these types of materials easily. You can also light sand as well prior to painting.
