I got these... if there's 1 tip I can provide is do NOT a heat gun with high temps. It will melt the cages. It didn't deform mine as I stopped immediately, but the smell nearly knocked me out. The heat gun Hes uses only goes up to 300F. Better to use a blow dryer than those heat guns that range in the 700F to 1,000+F.
Also, I'm not impressed with the stickiness of the stripes. The inner cage will bend a lot when your foot is planted to the ground. That bends the cage a lot and it can lift the stripes right off. Also avoid brushing up against anything. Getting out of my car, my shoe brushed next to the car and 2 stripes nearly came off.
Maybe I got a bum pair or maybe they just aren't very sticky. they look great, but I just can't wear my shoes in fear of brushing up to anything or walking softly hoping these won't come off. For that, I can't recommend. I got the gold stripes BTW.
areksoo That’s interesting, I didn’t have any problems but you obviously have to be careful using a heat gun!
@@heskicks I bought a couple of these, so I'll try again later. I'm just waiting for the gold shoe lace tips to come in. With the gold stripes on the black and white is going to look great.

Yeah I had the gold ones awhile ago and used a hair dryer to stick it on and they began coming off like a month later

the chrome stickers on the Oreo Ultraboosts looks really good as is, I wouldn't add the chrome heal cup. Just on the stripes is a nice accent, on the heal cup would be a little much for my taste. I think the Black ultabroosts with the white stripes would look even better if the white heal cup sticker was removed, just personal taste. Looks like they're definitely awesome to change up the look for relatively cheap.

The triple Cs! Carbon, Chrome & Chameleon are the best. I think the Chameleon went well & looked right for that shoes colour. You've got good colour sense!

From my experience with boosted stripes I will say the stripes look great and give a fresh style to the shoe. However the heel cover I don’t recommend. When I put it on it ended up just looking like paper over the heel cup and it took away from the quality of the sneaker in my opinion. I chose the white color though and maybe a different color like the iridescent wouldn’t have the “paper” or cheap look to it.
Core Blacks w/ the White Stripes look like the Show Your Stripes UBs. Glad you can make a shoe look like that instead of having to buy another Ultra Boost lol.
Had my eye on the Carbon Fiber ones and after seeing them on those black UB I’m definitely copping
Those black 4.0's look exactly like my black show your stripes ultra boost, funny thing is I put the exact same laces from my cookies and cream ultra boosts on there as well. Looks much much better than factory.
The black and white really looked good, that's the kind of aesthetic that I like from Adidas
Just got the black UB 22's with the green on the boost that matches the green on the space color changing stripes, but they don't make heel cups for the 22's, so I ordered the ones you have for the 1-4's and plan to customize them to my 22's, fingers crossed I have the crafting talent for this venture

Can you remove the stripes and cage decals without damaging the stripes or heel cup. Just wondering because I get skins for my phone but I replace them really often so I’d prolly do the same for shoes
