The 1 bedroom condo with a great view is awesome. But the price!!😳 Good for those wanting an indoor tennis court area.😂 I wasn't keen on the 2 br. The main br en-suite should have been much bigger, as they wasted sooo much space with the 2nd br shower area. Not well thought out. Thank you for taking the time to share these with us Cooper & Darlen. 👍

Great walk around. Much appreciated with the details of the condos. It’s interesting that they pay a little attention to the bigger, walk-in closets that the U.S. would have. I suppose it’s more of a minimalist culture when it comes to clothing and shoes. Interesting.
If that was mine I would have made a extra large walk-in closet 👍❤️👍

I loved the 2 bedroom! The price isnt a issue, but what you get for your money, I think. And how much you want to bring in to Thailand. The first one 8.9 mill seem more for money, and I loved the master bedroom. Also an extra bedroom for our kid. Wow. Good we havent decided yet. You are doing a fantastic job Cooper, thank you mak mak 🙏

Cooper go for the test to a teal estate agent and ask for a condo with pool steps and handrail. I rell you they don’t know. Almost all farang hete are 70 + but almost no developer thinks about that

This corner 2-room condo is amazing, I love it all except for the big shower beside the first bedroom, and the bathroom to the master bedroom was smaller. I don’t understand why it is designed like this. I like the masculine style with black toilets etc. Huge wardrobe and storage place. Balcony is amazing on both condos. Maintenance is 35/sqm per year? Is that correct?
35 baht per sm. A month or you can pay it yearly. Sorry for the confusion brother. ❤️
Coop, I'm thinking anyone living in that bachelor unit isn't going to be taking any baht bus!! LOL They'll have their own wheels!! 😁😄

Hea Coop you and Darlene bring another great video. Keep up the good work. One day a lot of your viewers may be neighbors. You guys are showing a lot of diversity in your condos which is great for a lot of future expats. I have not been to Thailand for over 30 years the people were great then and it looks like things have not changed.
