If you don’t accept the offer, they will give you $0 and keep the device. My device was basically new when I shipped mine. I have no idea if they will ship me the same device with the same parts. Though shown in the video @ 3:04, he didn't mention to remove your SIM card: This contains your wireless account info. But if you did sell it with the SIM inside the iPhone, usually the SIM card is not active and has been disabled by the carrier; therefore the person buying the phone will not be able to use it anyway. They'll have to get their own and will get rid of the one you gave them.
