900g chicken thigh meat
2 red onions, peel and cut into wedges
6 green chillies (green chillies are only very mildly spicy)
Marinade for chicken
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp corn flour
Seasoning sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp tom yum paste
1 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp water

Just bought TOM YUM PASTE and would like to try this recipe but would help if on this Video it would list how hot it was...could use an indication by using a picture of peppers...1 pepper very mild and 5 peppers really hot. Restaurants do this and it helps a person to venture out into the "Heat Zone"....
