Something to note: The PING LST was the shortest shafted driver in the running by a half an inch at 45.25". The TM and Callaway were 45.75. The TSR was 45.50". The PING is an absolute monster when you take this into consideration. Also the PING was the heaviest head in the running maintaining D4 swingweight at the shorter length. Stability and a heavy hit at ~45". This is why Ian Poulter and Jason Day play the G430 LST with no other PING clubs in their bags. If I'm playing a money game with my mates and my wallet is in play, the PING is the driver I want in my bag.
Great vid ! For me Titleist is the winner, best sound/feel and the dispersion was the best in this test. I was custom fit at your DE store in Feb for TSR2 and its by far the best driver ive ever played in the last 30 years of golfing ! Just turned 59 last week and ZZ top is def a must listen !
@@swoosh6982 3 is definitely more forgiving, but the 4 is their low spin driver, so I agree with Benard, using the 4 would have been the correct comparison.
It is definitely the lowest spinning. We feel it's in a separate class, and thus we did not include it in this one. Ultimately it comes down to how often we fit TSR4 -- which is extremely rare. TSR2 and TSR3 make up an overwhelming majority of our TSR driver fittings so we've included those two in the BEST OF driver tests so far.
I noticed when Kevin addresses the ball with driver the camera makes it look like its 1 inch outside the toe of the club. Why is that? Also I would love to know the tee height he uses as it seems the ball is 3/4's above the top of the driver face. Thanks and great watch as always.

I did 315 with a TSR4. A bit disappointed you didn't test that drive for low spin.

Why TSR3 and not TSR4?
Watched a reviewer saying there's not much difference in spin between the two but the TSR3 was more forgiving.

Why don't you adjust for the Ping being Upright when set to standard and the TaylorMade being flat @ standard in your hewad to head tests?
