I always have to criticize line, flatground and manual filming for cutting the head off. When i see it, most of the time theres still enough wasted screen estate on the bottom. just angle up a bit more - less empty space on the bottom and the skater is fully on screen. aint that hard.

Longboarders do this shit often. Sometimes for really fast downhill shit you'll use a "W" concave in the back (in hte center of the back of your board, to create more grip).
It's cool to see street skaters play with their setups more!

it never fails to amuse me how you get down on doing tricks that are extra but cmon man you do them so well. most people doing that stuff just looks gross but like as tech focused as you are sometimes, the style is always there. case in point your kickflips. You may have the best kf I have ever seen

I think I would like these. I always skated alien workshop boards. They had a lot of concave. Back when they had all the dyed boards. 7.75 x 31.5 and I am 6’3 with size 13 shoe. Wild to think that was normal when I was skating 😂

How did you learn to bail? Is it all just natural/ experience or have you consciously thought about how you bail in certain situations. I've noticed you are really good at not getting hurt haha. I would hvae snapped my wrist falling off that nose wheelie ledge

I hope you are practicing all your flatground 360s for batb. It was so random of you to bs 360 the little circle hip thing at that park. Cant have every possible fliptrick locked and then go out on some 360s (or even a 540... I've even cheated a cab 540 on flat before with a ton of pivot going slow as shit haha, and they have been done in batb- Luan comes to mind).

I had doubleflips and varial doubleflips pretty good in my teens but no way could I do them now aged 48 even though in other ways I’m a better skater now than ever. Just can’t get my feet to move that fast!

You definitely get way more flick with more concave. I don’t know why people would skate flat ass boards. It never messed with slides or grinds. I’m half way through and it looks like your heel flips stay straighter and flick better. Same with your switch flip tricks.

30k, but I'm letting it rip the second it's done editing. We just finished the 3rd revision, now it's just color grading and titles and we're going.

Until about a year ago, I thought all popsicle stick skateboards were the same curve. Just width and length were the options. I knew longboards, cruisers and freestyle decks messed with concave options. My next deck is going to be a Flight.
Hell yeah stoked to hear it. Dude yeah every single company and deck feels so different it's a lot. Flight decks are mellow but feel good and last forever.
I've had a flight deck shape 243 but I can tell you it had alot of concave.😂
Interesting, I find the shapes to be super flat honestly.
Damn we got rails for the top of the deck now to add concave? I wouldn't even say we've gone full circle, it's more like a spiral at this point.
