I'm sorry things have been stressful! It took the surgery to show me I was a stress eater, too. Literally the same as you, either I'm so down I won't eat anything, or I'm stressed and want to eat everything. I hope things start looking up for you! You look fantastic, doll
I am glad you had a great loss, but sorry you are going though all the stress. I guess we will all get there and the job was probably a great choice. Alternative healthy options can be a way for you to still get your snack on, but not have the guilt after. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find what works for you.
Hope you feel better! I'm an emotional eater as well so I completely understand. I'm gonna try to replace some foods in my house with healthier options. Idk... I figured it's worth a try. Lol
Thanx girly and yes my week did get a little better. Yes it's defiantly been easier with a lot of the junk food out the house. I love watching your videos they keep me inspired and motivated. Also I have learned not to beat myself up on the little things but learn from them and move on.
