Awe, well sorry for the stall sweets, but glad you had a great trip out in New York, sounds like it was fun. I do the same shit, I get comfortable at a weight, think I am looking damn good, and start to revert back to old habits. I have been hitting my hand lately to get myself to stop doing that. Its a fight, but we are both doing a damn good job this time I think. Big hugs!

Hi! I just subscribed to your channel and loved your video with Patrice. I watched the whole thing and learned alot. You both look beautiful and healthy. I hear so much about about Trader Joes, but we don't have one anywhere around where I live. Congratulations on the weight you have lost. 🎉🎈🎉 I am a newbie to Utube. I had my first consultation with the Surgeon and Dietician July 7th for the VSG Surgery. I will go 6 months, God willing, before the Surgery. I went August&September to weigh in and meet with the Dietician. Next week I meet with both. Im learning so much. Patrice was the first one I came into contact on Utube & I feel so bad. I think I questioned her to death. She is such a sweetheart, I love her attitude & everything about her. I get confused as it seems like each facility is different. I am very sensitive and nervous about the Phyc evaluation. I am single w/2 grown kids. Both my parents are gone. I really wish my Mom was around to talk to, as she was my best friend. I know God will be with me as support.You really touched my heart, with you and Patrice. You look fantastic. I am 62, but it's never too late to want to do something for my health, and for me. Thank you for being on Utube.❤

Love the hair, so cute and fitting for you. I have started to shift to more full blown Keto and loving it so far. It definitely gives you more energy and makes you feel full. Best of luck sweets, and good luck with the stall, but i bet the Keto will help.

You are amazing sweets. I blamed a lot of my poor eating habits on my hubby too when I first met him, but these habits were already there, just suppressed, and I allowed myself to indulge, he didn't put the spoon in my mouth. Big Hugs girl. Keep fighting the good fight.

I love what you have said about perceptions changing. My husband, for instance, he's admitted to being jealous at times of the attention I receive now. He has always thought I was beautiful, but it never occurred to him to be threatened by that fact until now when I'm fit and am closer to society's version of beautiful.

Congrats on your progress this month, but I hope you are able to get back on the ball! It is a huge mind eff. You want to be mad at the world when you eyes are opened to the way it was, and the way it is, but then life would be miserable. You would be perpetually mad at everyone, haha, how depressing. You just have to move on and accept your new found privilege, while still remembering where you came from and standing up for those who are still being treated poorly. Best of luck sweets.

Such a great video. I couldn't agree more. I really wish people could be more supportive of each other, but some have to put others down to make themselves feel better I guess. Love the hair sweets and congrats on your loss. I drank this last weekend at a wedding, only wine and no hangover, but I was still naughty. I dont drink often at all, like every 6 months, so it isn't going to happen again any time soon, so I thought, what the heck, why not. Hehe, so no worries, you are not alone in the naughty corner.

Who am I to criticize you for drinking. I will be looking for a future free pass. You are doing so good. Keep up the weight loss. Love your hair

I'm sorry things have been stressful! It took the surgery to show me I was a stress eater, too. Literally the same as you, either I'm so down I won't eat anything, or I'm stressed and want to eat everything. I hope things start looking up for you! You look fantastic, doll

I am glad you had a great loss, but sorry you are going though all the stress. I guess we will all get there and the job was probably a great choice. Alternative healthy options can be a way for you to still get your snack on, but not have the guilt after. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find what works for you.

Hope you feel better! I'm an emotional eater as well so I completely understand. I'm gonna try to replace some foods in my house with healthier options. Idk... I figured it's worth a try. Lol
