These lunches look so delicious! ~ especially the Mediterranean turnovers (love a bit of pastry). Recently, as I couldn't find a non-dairy substitute parmesan I liked for ratatouille, I remembered the nutritional yeast you recommended, and it was a perfect alternative. Also, I love greens! Here, in London main supermarkets, our greens mostly come from Cornwall too...yay!

The vegetable turnovers looked delicious but it made me wonder if you've ever made your version of a Cornish pasty? My mother had a fabulous recipe that unfortunately we couldn't find when she passed and wasn't vegan but I would love a modern take on a recipe for them. Thank you for a great video as always! 😊

I had anorexia since my 15 until...now I guess, because its always fight, right...and I want to look as I did at my 25 as well and was mean to my body for that so long that now, I wanna be healthy and happy.
