A super tutorial. I’ve been stuck at ‘Level One’ for years and always wondered what I’ve been doing wrong, and I knew it was something to do with rhythm. Now I’m certain. Getting this right I’m sure will improve my playing. I’ve only just discovered your channel and it’s a revelation. Once again, Nate, thanks for sharing.

Great to hear! Yes, rhythm is a huge part of sounding great. Especially just playing with a steady pulse

Nate can make music look simple! The best part is that he explains it ALL so WELL! I really enjoy his lessons while I learn ! He does NOT rush it in EACH step this is the reason I can follow along with him! This is the video that relates to most or all songs?! A general formula?! 🍎🍐🍎🍐🍎

Great video and content, Nate! Interesting rhythms have been a weakness for me. Thanks for the ideas! Something I would like to see in the future would be some fills(or maybe you have something on this already). When the melody holds on a note and there is space and time to add something extra and interesting, I am never quite sure what to play. Thanks Nate!

Another great one Nate! These are the things I've learned from you that have helped me so much. I still haven't delved into my Chord Breakthroughs lessons yet, but I'm glad they are there waiting for me. You know I am still waiting for another tutorial you are working on too 🤩. Sent you another tip 🤗.

At last a simple and concise exampless of what to do with the left hand. Thank you. Could you give some examples of how to find chords to pop songs using ultimate guitar and how to apply this technique when choosing a suitable rhythm.

So glad this was helpful for you! In terms of knowing how to find a chord when you read the symbol on a chord chart, this video should be just what you're looking for: th-cam.com/video/skd1g-wDNV0/w-d-xo.html

Llevo poco tiempo siguiendote pero ya he aprendido algunas cosas interesantes. Te agradecería que dijeras algunas de las canciones famosas que se pueden tocar con estos ritmos que has explicado. Muchas Gracias. Saludos desde España.

Use the YT 'settings' tool where you can slow to 75% or 50%. This is a great tool while learning anything musical from YT!
