wow man, tysm!!! i've always thought the wii controller setup in dolphin was confusing and you explained everything perfectly! I'm excited to play some super mario galaxy when i get home tonight 😁
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've been trying to figure out how to use the Wii and configure buttons for a while now and most videos skim over the configuration and didn't go into detail. I'm now able to play MW3.
ok so im having issue with zelda twilight princess ive disabled the motion imput setting as well as the gyro and now i cant use the fishing rod or sling shot why???
Hello, I have a retroid pocket mini, I did everything you said on the dolphin emulator and wii input, but I couldn't get the controls of the game Wario Land Shake It to work on the mini. For example, the d-pad directions don't work as they should, but I didn't have any problems with the gamecup input and gamecup games work fine on the gamepad. I'd be glad if you could make a video about this. I don't understand if the problem is with this game or the wii input. I'd be glad if you could help me, thanks.
The T820 line of devices from Anbernic are pretty good at running up to PS2/GC/Wii and at a decent price. This lineup includes RG Cube (1:1), rg556 (16:9), Rg406 V (4:3 vertical layout) and the newly announced rg406 h (4:3 horizontal layout). The performance is the same on each but they have different layouts and form factors. If you want to see some performance benchmarks then checkout my RG Cube and rg556 videos. Overall I would say they are good devices, but for a few extra dollars you could go with a retroid pocket 4 or 5 (or mini) for better performance and build quality. In terms of ergonomics, I prefer the Anbernic devices because of the joystick layout and they just feel better in hand but the retroid build quality feels better and more premium
How do i do this for Super Paper Mario but using my Nintendo switch pro controller because you play sideways and you need to use the sensor at some times but it isnt working both with the controller and buttons on phone, i thought i did the steps right but its not workings right i have been trying to fix this all day but nothing online i have found has worked
@@RetroHandheldGuides I tried this with the classic controller and it doesn't work on Mario Kart unless I've done something wrong. However, I don't think I have as I've double checked everything. I have no motion possible when I tilt my controller. I can only turn using the left joystick. I can't find any button that makes the kart drift. And whenever I move the left joystick to North East, then Wii Home Menu Opens up.
Did it say "no profiles" when you tried to load a game with the profile? If so, it could be because your profile name ends with a space.. it should still load though
With the sideways Wii remote how do you make it tilt? Also how does your dolphin look like that? In steam os it just looks like the scuffed pc version haha
Figured how to tilt, having an issue with the dpad still being flipped when I’ve done the inputs, your ui made it so much easier to configure not sure how to get it!

@@RetroHandheldGuides is it worth buying this handheld?

After I saved the profile for the classic controller it said no profiles found
