Lets Fix These BROKEN Brakes! 1988 Goldwing GL1500 Restoration Pt 8

Hey Guys! Octane Restorations back here with another Motorcycle restoration! Today we have a 1988 Goldwing GL1500 in the shop that has been sitting for over a decade. This is actually a motorcycle I bought for myself and plan on riding after I get it running! Very good explanation of how to bleed the brakes . My GL1500 had sat for 12+ years before I got it , and my brake fluid was even darker than that . Keep the videos coming !!

Excellent job and well explained. Also moisture in old fluid expands into a gas state increasing pressure and can cause brake drag. This should be exchanged every 2 years. I too would not recommend using old brake fluid to strip paint as the fluid can enter the blood stream if spilt onto bare skin. Great video. 👍
