I am an international student and I will be applying for Uni in Australia next year. After my year 12 exams in India...I'll have only 2 months to prepare for the UCAT ANZ if it's in the month of July. Can you recommend some books or absolutely anything that you did for preparation? And also...is it too hard? 😓
hey! Congrats first of all! And yes, I applied to Keele, Belfast, Anglia Ruskin and Leicester university!! All offered me an interview... so your score is more than able to get you into a few universities!
I got the same score last apart from the fact I got a band 3. Dentistry don't normally pay attention to score but look at bands so a band 1 is extremely good. I managed to get an interview at uni of livepool with my ucat score unfortunately didn't get a place but you should definitely apply there. Uni of manchester look at bands so again with your band 1 you have a higher chance of getting a place. Plymouth uni also don't look at ucat much and thats another place you can apply to. Hope this helps gl.
@@mednah5509I just did my UCAT and got the same score as you, it would be super helpful to know which universities you applied to as the ones I was previously looking at have higher cut off scores than what I got .
@@hamer22 Thank you 🥺 and hey, dont worry. I found that the actual thing was much easier than the mocks I'd been doing. In my mocks I'd been averaging around 2600. I have done my ucat this week and it’s really bad my total score is 2030. I am not sure any uni will accept it. But still wanna ask do you think it’s worth applying. Btw I am mature student and planning to go to GEM.
I do think it is worth applying definitely. Although your score is low, there are universities that will not cut your score out completely when considering interviews, which you will have to do your research for. If all other credentials are met, like your grades etc, it is not fully impossible. GEM might be difficult if you did not do the GAMSAT, so I do recommend you checking out UG medicine! I hope that is of some reassurance and help! Best of luck with your application!

Nimra Khan I got a band 2 and my average was 622.5. Verbal reasoning let me down it’s so so hard in the exam but quantitative was so simple🥺 I struggle with maths but it was very very simple in the real thing. Also, try relax as much as possible (the nerves will distract you 😭)
